In Third World, undemocratic countries like Ghana, this is always the response of official in government when the issue in question does not suit their cunning interest. Instead, they hide under such words but prevent the court order taking its course.

In areas that touch on their interest, like the national security invading the Supreme Court registry without being invited to "protect the pink sheets", they will do everything to take action and turn round to give ridiculous excuses for taking action.

This is a matter of accountability, fraud and nation wreckers for which many innocent people lost their lives under the P/NDC. There will never be justice in Ghana and in Africa until the wrong doers in a sitting government or members of the ruling party punished severely for breaking the laws. Mahama, let's know who you are if you claim not to be one of them.

How can you make someone culpable for a non contract? If previous government ministers have committed a crime why has NDC been waiting for 5 years for? Can't they prosecute them now they are in power? Remember NDC has lost 19 out of 19 legal cases they have brought to court. Don't believe the propaganda you have been fed by Kwaakye Fosu, Ablakwa O and co.

For all you know they will probably lose their 20th case with the election petition. Their 'legal luminaries' are sheer novices and propagandists; that is why they lose their cases.

In effect, all those clamouring for the arrest of former government officials should include Kwadwo Mpiani. (GHANA).
THAT ALFRED AGBESI WOYOME IN HIS PETITION TO H.E.DR.MR.PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA ALLEGED THAT WHEN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DURING THE PRESIDENCIES OF H.E.MR.FORMER PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH AND H.E.FORMER PRESIDENT OF GHANA JOHN AGYEKUM KUFUOR THAT UNITED STATES OF AMERICA GAVE $547 MILLION GRANT TO GHANA FOR POVERTY ALLEVIATION.
HOWEVER, ACCORDING ALFRED AGBESI WOYOME $500 MILLION OF GRANT WAS USED AS JUDGEMENT DEBTS.

The decision of the Supreme Court was in a civil proceeding and the enforcement of that order is distinct and apart from a criminal proceeding to punish the perpetrators of the fraud. What is required is for the Attorney General to institute criminal proceedings based on the overwhelming evidence of fraud uncovered in the civil action against the perpetrators and put them in jail if found guilty. Only the government has the authority to institute criminal actions but then again as AG personnel were complicit to theses fraudulent acts, I wonder if they would institute these actions short of an order from the President.

I think your intention was to throw dust into peoples eyes with your flimsy and stupid excuse that " The Government did not intend interfering in the work of the appropriate institutions which exist to enforce the Supreme Court's orders). You know what, a good, responsible and incorruptible government would take it upon itself to pressure the government agency to act accordingly and responsibly and do what is in the best interest of it's citizens. It is a shame and leaves a negative and more indelible mark on the corrupt and aloof government of Mr. Mahama of which you are one. I think the best you can do for Ghanaians is to use your office and position to stand on the necks of the head of the institution and push him or her to do the right thing for Ghanaians.
