Smoking and alcoholism do NOT cause tuberculosis. Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by the tuberculosis bacteria. I hope the GNA misreported what the disease control officer said.

I think it is time we give all to support TB patient than to look down upon them.
When we show love to them;it will rather encourage them to openly seek medical attention.
