  The police administration must be very deligent in carrying out it's operations.Especially the guarding duties at residencies and banks.Assigned police officers to this locations either delibrately or negligently vacate their posts before time and in some cases keep no record of their coming in and going out of their posts.I will like to suggest that an up to task supervisory unit be established if there is none to visit police duty posts frequently and at random.The unit must include the BNI,MILITARY,CUSTOMS,FIRE SERVCE,PRISONS SERVICE,POLICE and the PRIVATE SECURITY SERVICE to ensure adequacy and transparency.
