It is ironic that the world bank analysts who are thinking their job security and career progression sit in their cosy offices and spew out rubbish.
Do they mean there is efficiency and good governance in public sector administration in Ghana and most African countries? Does their concept of efficiency mean budget overspending, high levels of corruption, unavailability of basic utilities like water, electricity, no health service delivery, etc as we are experiencing in Ghana?
How did they compile their statistics and where are the sources of their data?
These institutions take Africans for fools. All they are interested is to praise us unnecessarily so that they can surreptitiously siphon out our resources through exorbitant loan and "grants".
