So on what basis were those Ghanaians arrested when the Police weren't done with their investigations ?

We still have 5 Abudus languishing in jail on remand since 2009 with the govt or the NDC Police not able to charge them to court on any crime.

What sort of rule of law is this govt of stealers operating in Ghana ?
