A Ghanaian being a permament resident in Europe will pay the same fees as all other residents in Europe.

These "local foreigners" married to ghanaians needs special treatment similar to a ghanaian citizen cos they help alot.but the rest not married to ghanaian still have to deposit the 3,000 pounds bond when applying to enter
I think foreigners entering the country should be made to deposit $5000 as bound in case they over stay.
