  once they refuse to know,l suggest that institutions that have jurisdictions over lands issues in Ghana should put land guards on their toes.

  Who are land guards? Has this outfit been established in terms of an Act of Parliament or any proclamation? I guess like your incredulously named "Macho men", "land guards" are just hooligans or vigilante groups.
