...The Government exercised the latter option when we disagreed over the judgment debt and other Gargantuan crimes. The Government, and my colleague Ministers at the time know that there was no provision for dismissal under my contract of employment as a Minister or that of any Minster.

I reserve the right as a citizen of Ghana to protect and defend my honour and integrity should this civilized challenge for the truth be ignored.

This is not the price I should be made to pay by the Government of Ghana for defending the Constitution of Ghana in the Waterville and Isofoton unconstitutional payments declared by the Supreme Court.

What was meant to show case our Judiciary at its best is turning out to be a bush exercise. You need a bench warrant to supeona people to appear before a court. But Ghana's Supreme Court only summon people by asking whether they are in the court room or not or by verbal instructions.

A person engaged by the court to provide a service finds himself in the dock in heated exchanges with Counsel and be told that his firm has provided a cheap service and be lambasted by Counsel for not providing a soft copy of his report.

The Judges are inarticulate and the Presiding Judge so comical the place feels more like a comedy house than a Supreme Court. The petition itself is the most useless cause ever to be pursued in our courts. Apart from being selective on the pink sheets they chose as evidence, the petitioners did not make sets of their evidence for the parties but expected the court registry to make copies of their evidence and to serve them on the parties. Does that not allow for tampering of evidence and improper service? Why do we still have this backward way of doing things?
