    What Ken said is right. SC cannot sit at theier court room and give orders verbally. The SC on serveral occasion rule that written application should given before any case can be heard. Why not doing the same

    SC cannot sit at their court room and verbally invite somebody for contempt. There should be formal invitation. SC court should pratice what they preach. Verbal invitation is not enought. They should do the right thing

    SC cannot sit at their court room and issue verbal order for somebody to appear them. I believe the court does not know what they doing. They should serve all those they are inviting. SC are also not above the law

    I agreed with you that the court should summon people they want to appear before them. I learnt that in Ghana it is only the register of the court who can provide exibits to the plaintif or complainant

    THE COURT SHOULD SET AN EXAMPLE OF HIM, SIX YEARS WITH HARD LABOUR. BY THE TIME HE RETURNS THE ELECTIONS WOULD,HAVE BEEN OVER WITH MORE DECENT PEOPLE IN THE NPP WHO WOULD NOT TOLERATE IDIOTIC SPEECHES AND CARELESS JOURNALISM.

    those complaining about warrant etcetera, have u checked whether the warrant was issued? I think a judge makes a declaration but the court clerks will have to do the paper work
