I reserve the right as a citizen of Ghana to protect and defend my honour and integrity should this civilized challenge for the truth be ignored.

This is not the price I should be made to pay by the Government of Ghana for defending the Constitution of Ghana in the Waterville and Isofoton unconstitutional payments declared by the Supreme Court.

The opening paragraph states, “I came to serve; I have finished my time here on earth and have moved on to everlasting rest and celestial duties with my heavenly father.”

The immediate question is; how did the dead man come to sign his own personal tribute, since he is already in heaven?

Old Soldier. you may be a reasonable and good man, but you seem so warped in your thinking and intelligence to doubt the fact that some people are able to pen their own eulogies as they near their retirement to mortality. And this, if you live in the Western world, is much more inescapable. It takes bravery and truthfulness to confront mortality of ones self and that of other man which is what the white man has been able to embrace, hence the comforts they find with life insurance, death insurance, critical health insurance and the like. As black and raw as we are, and you make it obvious,the likes of us are still battling to understand the essence of humanity. No wonder we are so trapped in our own queer selves as a people. Please lets try to encourage by our postings, our own selves and others to be real, to be brave and above all to be honest and truthful to the nation we call our motherland.

It is going to create a tensed political climate that could jeopardize the case at the supreme court. IEA wake up and stop the academic fishing opportunity to put out papers for publishing. Stop behaving as if you don't know what is going on. You could equally have done this years back. Listen to Sebgefia.

One cannot engage in any workshop without entering into matters currently under review at the supreme. So I agree with MR. Segbefia. Let those who,feel desperate attend and they will see red.

To lose respect for an organisation because it provided support to accommodate someone's height disadvantage, is the most puerile and infantile excuse I have ever heard. You might as well have advised those who drafted our constitution to put a height limit on who could aspire to lead our country. You just do not make sense here.
Roosevelt was a wheelchair user and President of America. What is your problem with short or tall? Or beauty and ugly, for that matter?
Please understand that we wat leaders who will initiate policies to help us develop and progress, regardless of their height.
Now to the issue. I think we should all advise the IEA that it is jumping the gun. If they have not thought of it, this in a way, prejudices the case of the respondents. It presupposers that the petitioners have a proven case. It may be so, but let the Supreme Court finish its work first. They may even decide that the whole issue of biometric registration and voting be looked at again. In which case the IEA can offer, note offer, to run a workshop.
As of now, anything else may be premature.

The IEA are not being sincere if one should peruse the wording of the invitation without being emotional or political. I honestly believe that the IEA is attempting to distract the public from the on-going petition hearing and superimpose the outcome of the hearing on the SC under the pretense of a public debate. This attempt is clearly prejudicial. I think I would be speaking for most Ghanaians if I questioned the assertion by IEA that there "were several reported cases of electoral irregularities, including the disregard for the rule of law that one cannot vote without being first verified, over-voting, discrepancies between figures and letters of recorded voters etc"
The IEA are displaying intellectual dishonesty here. If the international and national election observers both declared the election as fair, transparent and free, when and where did the IEA hear of these several irregularities, if not from the pleadings of the petitioners? Why is the IEA determined to do the dirty job of the NPP after having realised that their petition had hit a snag and going nowhere? Every well-meaning Civil Society Organisation must condemn this attempt by the IEA to usurp the authority of the SC.

When he was in the castle and they were scheming, plotting, conniving with the attorney general's office to plunder, pilfer, steal, and loot Ghana's hard earned money with Woyome, it never occurred to him that, the day of reckoning was going to come. Ghanaians are following this supreme court case with rapt attention, and we thank our most esteemed Justices for the good job they are doing, and we pray that, they would deliver justice in this matter without fear or favour. We also pray that, it would be firm and swift to the point.
The hangman's noose is gradually closing around the neck of the thieving cabal and Ghana, would be the better for it.
