Saeed Abidini, a pastor in Iran has been sentenced to eight-year jail term
for preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ in Iran. Christians in Iran are treated like criminals.

Magdi Khalil, an Egyptian Christian leader has been complaining that since Muslims Brotherhood took over power in Egypt, eight christian churches have been burnt down. Islamic government of Muslims Brotherhood has given just one permit for Christians to re-build just one church out of eight burnt down by Muslims. Muslims men are stealing christian girls and are forced to marry Islamic men. If these young girls refused, the girls and their parents bear the anger of these Islamic evil men.

The same picture is in Syria. Christian minorities are being murdered by Islamic jihadists men every day. In Nigeria, a retired christian pastor was murdered for refusing to renounce his Christian faith for evil Islamic faith.

These are the things Muslims leaders in Ghana should speak about. Most Muslims in Ghana are immigrants from northern part of West African sub-region. Christians in Ghana treat you nice. Tell your Muslims brothers in Middle East to return the same nice hospitality Ghanaian Christians give to Ghanaian Muslims to Middle East Christians. The is godly duty.

Do you think atrocities meted out against Christian minorities in Muslims countries like Egypt, Syria, Iran, Sudan, Iraq, Pakistan etc are just mere stories? Let me tell you this, Mr. jihadist. The minority Christians in those countries I have mentioned are native citizens of those countries. They are not immigrants from anywhere. They are the brothers and sisters from the same clan, ethnic group. If you Muslims can hail these killings as retaliation of what Israelis or Americans have done, then it is no wonder many people describe your religion as Satanic.

I doubt whether a Ghanaian Christian can kill his blood relatives for the fact that he is a Muslim. I am praying that God Almighty will expose the evil and murderous nature of Islam so that reasonable Ghanaians will shun away this satanic religion, which loves shedding of innocent peoples blood.

I am at a loss to see none of you Muslims share the pains of these Christian minorities who are natives of those countries. I am asking you this question. Do you think when Muslims in those countries annihilate those Christian minorities among them, it will solve the problems of those murderous countries? Answer for yourself.

Handwashing is being emphasized more and more in hospitals now in order to prevent the spread of germs. However, non-Muslims did not know that handwashing is so important - it has been ordered in Quran (5:7) 1400 years ago. And for complete cleanliness bathing is advised (4:43).

Allah loves His creations so much that He is concerned even with what we eat and put in our body.

Our muscles, bones, lungs, liver, brain and secretions are made from the raw product we feed it. If we provide the factory with junk raw products, the factory will not produce tough bones, strong muscles, good pump (heart) and clean pipes (vessels).

"O mankind: Eat of what is lawful and good on earth" (Quran 2: 168).

Forbidden to us are dead meat, blood and flesh of swine (see Quran 5:3) and intoxicants (Quran 5:91, 92, and 2:219).

Science so far has not confirmed any beneficial effects to the prohibitions.

The blood and meat of the dead could be full of germs and other harmful elements like antibodies. Pork meat is high in cholesterol, salt and may have worms, and alcohol and other intoxicants that cloud our mentation, our inhibition and interfere with our normal capacity of judging good and bad.

Therefore, a person under the influence of alcohol may want to take off his dress, engage in unlawful sexual acts, become violent and abusive without even knowing what he is doing. On medical damages due to alcohol, whole books have been written.

The second component in nutrition (after permission of the lawful and probation of the unlawful) is the moderation in the lawful.

Obesity is a major American tragedy, a form of malnutrition, affecting million of people, of all age. Ninety-nine percent of obesity is due to overeating. Allah advises as to be moderate in quantity.

"But waste not by excess for God loves not the wasters" (Quran 7:31).

"Eat of the good things we have provided for your sustenance, but commit no excess therein, lest my wrath should justly descend on you, and those on whom descends my wrath do perish indeed" (Quran 20:81).

According to one Hadith of Prophet Mohammed we are advised to leave one third of our stomach empty after finishing the meal. I understood this Hadith only when I broke my blender/mixer in the kitchen after stuffing it to the top and then turning the machine on. After all, what is a stomach, if not a blender, grinder, mixer and food processor, all in one!

Certain types of food i.e. fruits are especially emphasized in Quran (36:57, 43:73, 16:67)

"And from the fruits of date palm and grapes you get wholesome drink and nutrition: Behold in this is a sign for those who are wise" (Quran 16:67).

Fruits are low in calorie, high in vitamins and minerals, and fiber and sugar is fructose and not sucrose. In a recent study by Dr. Anderson fructose has been shown to cause no rise in blood sugar and even lowers the high blood sugar of diabetics. Honey is fructose.

Didn't Mohammed raped and later married his daughter in law? The wife of his adopted son Zaid?

a good proper salaat is exercise, so as a muslim we already have one just to look after our selfs good and practice the teachin of our deen well,check the rukyi sujud standin all the parts of salaat is exercise,alhamdulilah

Go to Myanmar see how muslims are been brutalized to death, Go to the U.S and observe how they are been spied on, the west same, France islamophobia and warning muslims not to practice their relgion. These are really outrageous. what do u deduce from this. The christians have resorted to lies and politic to discredit the rich ideologies of Islam.
