The NDC would have to explain to Ghanaians how a dead man came to author and sign a letter!

The opening paragraph states, “I came to serve; I have finished my time here on earth and have moved on to everlasting rest and celestial duties with my heavenly father.”

The immediate question is; how did the dead man come to sign his own personal tribute, since he is already in heaven?

The letter then goes on melodramatically, “As you leaf through these pages of my life’s story, I pray to God that it touches your heart in many positive ways. Weep not, I am not dead. I am alive and awake in the Lord. Ghana will not die; Ghana will live to declare the works of the Lord. Whiles the court is sanctioning our freedom of press the NDC a government wrongfully in power is going deeper to close down all media houses who report or exaggerate the Nkonya conflict will be closed down. This could be taken as measures to stop the general public to express their views about the laziness and incompetence of the court and government, if there are any. It can not work like this. Ghana is been trowing years back to the pndc time.

What a government. We can thank Rawlings and former President Mills for this.

Without making any reference, I can reel of most of the groups making up the guan language classification. These are: The Lartehs and Anums (in the eastern region); the Nkonyas & Krachis (in the Volta Region); the Gonjas (in the Northern Region); and the Awutus of the Winneba area (Central Region).

Can the writer group the Awutu, Larteh, Anum, Kete Krachi and Gonja people under the Ewe group? If not, then why the Nkonyas?

I must say that there is a grave misconception going around that the Volta region is Eweland and that all from the region are ewes. In the linguistic, cultural, and factual sense, this is absolutely wrong. The volta Region in Ghana is made of many diverse linguistic peoples. Heading northwards from the south, the liguistic boundaries of eweland ends a few kilometers beyond Hohoe, Alavanyo and Kpando. (The aproximate latitude of this boundary is 7? N). Beyond these are the Nkonyas, Akpafus, Santrokofis, Buems, Akans (yes, there are pure akan speaking peoples in the Volta Reigion) some more Guans, and a few others with different ethnicity from the ones mentioned. (I am too far from home to give the precise information).

For far too long the media, especially panel members of various programs that discusses topical issues, have churn out half-truths, exaggerations and outright lies and gone scot free. One had expected the media to regulate practioners but this has not been forthcoming. So, some of us who believe that th media should operate wihout restricrions. re tmpted to support some level of government controls.

Is it also because most crimes are not reported here on the web so u think u can mislead the world right. We have had lots of crime in Ghana over the past years but this is different telling u where the nation is heading to all because of our president's bad appointment of ministers. The interior minister is not fit for the position and so is the igp. The igp has never been a physical police so he has no knowledge about police grounds work. He was just an instructor in the police academy so the president has to change him period if he's not willing to resign but I find it interesting that the president is becoming arrogant himself. I am wondering whoever advising the president and I will tell u those advising him are all fools and stupid. God help Ghana Amen.
