I don't see any vision or boldness on behalf of your excellency. Stop deceiving yourselves. How come with our so called stability and democracy, we still lack real foreign investments, yet these investments go to Rwanda, Botswana, S. Africa etc.

NSIAH is wanted by the Worcester Police Department for multiple counts of Rape and Sexual Assault involving a young female
victim. NSIAH allegedly sexually abused his victim over the course of several years and used cash & threats of violence in
exchange for her silence. When the girl finally came forward to police, NSIAH was arrested and charged with 5 counts of Rape,
Indecent A&B on a Child Under 14 & Indecent A&B on a Child Over 14. When NSIAH failed to appear in court, Warrant #
9762CR2479 was issued out of Worcester District Court for his arrest. While NSIAH was a fugitive, he also violated conditions of
a restraining order which resulted in Warrant # 9762CR5228 being issued out Worcester District Court charging him with Witness
Intimidation & Violation of an Abuse Prevention Order. NSIAH is further reported to be a heavy drinker with violent tendencies.

Why are you electing officers for a four year term?

NDC Constitution Art.16, Sections 1 and 5(a) states that "constituency conference shall be held once every two years to elect members of the Constituency Executive Committee."

Remember, NDC-USA is a constituency under the above constitution.

The (NACC-NDC) by-laws which NDC-USA is still using also has Chapter 5, Section 2 stating that "the officers of the corporation shall be elected biennially by a majority vote of members present to vote in the biennial election."

Based on which constitution or By-laws are your officers going to be in office for four years?
