The NDC would have to explain to Ghanaians how a dead man came to author and sign a letter!

The opening paragraph states, “I came to serve; I have finished my time here on earth and have moved on to everlasting rest and celestial duties with my heavenly father.”

The immediate question is; how did the dead man come to sign his own personal tribute, since he is already in heaven?

The letter then goes on melodramatically, “As you leaf through these pages of my life’s story, I pray to God that it touches your heart in many positive ways. Weep not, I am not dead. I am alive and awake in the Lord. Ghana will not die; Ghana will live to declare the works of the Lord. I can not fathom out why polarization can overshadow common sense and reasoning of certain Ghanaians. How come does the KPMG's report goes against the petition's case at the court. Before the counting it had been established as per the consent of EC and the respondents that there were irregularities during the election. I guess this the heart of the petitions case: IRREGULARITIES, period. The counting was to establish the extent of the irregularities. So by accepting that there were 9,000 instead of 11,000; does that confirm certain extent of irregularities? If it does, to what extent; positively or negatively as far as the respondents defense are concerned? Are the 9,000 pick sheets enough to implicate the NDC as to have been helped directly or indirectly by the EC to win the election? So common sense tells me that the outcome of the KPMG counting rather secures the truth that the petitioners have a clear case out there. That's my simple opinion.

NDC is a criminal party although am also at the view that all criminals must without fair and favor of his or her political affiliation sanction well.

The truth is NPP does not have a credible case at the supreme courts and recent happenings have clearly shown that to their disfavor. NDC won clean and NPP has to accept it.

The SC has been asked of only two things
1. Annul the results declared by the EC
2. Declare Nana Akuffo Addo the winner.
No where is there a plea for a re-run of the elections and the SC cannot direct that to happen.

For courts to determine a winner might be very interesting as the king makers, the honourable electorates have decided long ago who they want to rule them!!

If the pink slips eveidence before the supreme court and confirmed by KPMG is not really good for the petioners and Ghanaians, then how can those numbers be good for the respondents? Whether the petioners have 10,000 or 5,000 or 3700 or even the 8000 the respondents claim they have will not change the case. It is clear to everyone including the justices that there was massive fraud!

Now the audit has confirmed that the petioners did in fact submit well over 10,000 unique pink slips on which the over votes will be determined.

I guess that leads to establishing amassive fraud. NDC is in big trouble and Mahama will soon be asked by the SC to leave office!

I would like to know how the incredible 11842 pink sheet was submitted to all the parties in the case.Was it divided amongst the petitioners,respondents and judges or was it multiplied?The petitioners are 3,the respondents also 3 then 9 judges making 15 individuals.Did everybody get 11842 original pink sheets or some of them were given photocopies only?Why can't npp show the receipts of their claims?Apparently,KPMG has proven Bawumia wrong and I don't think the petitioners can submit 11842 original pink sheets to all the parties involve in the case except if some receive only duplicates.Besides,the pink sheets have failed to proof where fraud and rigging took place.In other words,there is nothing convincing and factual about them.Thank you.

A member of the bench remarked however, we could have done the counting ourselves Under such your system of auditing and groupings.KPMG did a very Shabby Work that tanish the credibility of that said foreign based reputable Auditing Firm. We know that Tsatsu Tsikata had several times claimed the over 11,000 pink sheets so why are they now making noise about? The law shows even if one vote is over the number registered voters in a constituency, the who voter list should be thrown out according to the EC. Now they are claiming that over 9000 votes is okay to accept. Idiots.

However when the report was presented to the court they told the court that they wanted to discredit the it. Now, why on earth will you seek to discredit a report which you claim has vindicated you. Common sense will tell anyone that their earlier claim of vindication was false. These people, as usual, are just trying to appear smart before their angry supporters.

Even, if there are 10,000 or so pink slips, Mahama is out. The over votes required to get Mhahama out of office can be achieved with only 2000 pink slips.

By the way, if the pink slips are not important why did the lawyers of the respondents call for it? Why did the SC approve the call to determine the the unique number of pink slips. Tsikata Tsatsu said they (respondents had 8,000 pink slips). KPMG confirms that the petioners submitted over 10,000. Hahaaaaa! Whose numbers are going their way? Even with the 8000 the respondents have suggested, Mahama will not survive!

Why does he think that it is OK for him to make public comments on the case, or to interpret what KPMG has done? Is it not for the court to determine the import of the audit of the pink sheets? In any case Amaliba himself seems confused about the "pink sheets"!!! These guys are all 'jokers' if you ask me.
