Duncan-Williams have finally voiced out the 'difficulties' in his heart, and the community in response would ask him to do God's work; keep on preaching as he just did, and the WORD would flushed out the undesirables from the Church, with the membership going through the roof!
It's not supposed to be like that when the subject is Religion.
Archbishop Duncan-Williams have Leadership Crisis in his Church if he can not address these SINFUL activities in the church, and the failure to respond to it means, the CAFR Ministries does not exist!

These boys and girls must first acquire knowledge so they can apply whatever wisdom they have to it. They don't have the knowledge, so what we are saying is they must start to learn from somewhere and gradually grow their knowledge so their wisdom will become profitable to all. Their ignorance is very clear when they make comments and give suggestions. Ruling a whole nation is not a task to be given to apprentices. Don't you see everything is in a mess in the country? From Judgment Debt to domso domso. Just allow the experienced ones to do the job so that the amateur ones can learn from them and take the mantle latter. The Bishop is right and I agree with him. If the experienced take up the job, you will see a great difference.

From those early days when he Duncan-Williams stepped out on this 'pentecostal or charismatic crusade' way back in the 1980s, THEY (the so-called pastors) have always behaved in this way.

They call themselves "men of God" (I have often wondered where they got that from) and the arrogance displayed by some of them is beyond me.

Quite apart from envy, bickering and 'snatching each other's (and other people's women, some of whom even fight over them), they see themselves as above ordinary folk and somehow if you happen to have a 'different calling' and are engaged in a different profession, some of them think that you are not 'doing the will of God"!

That it has taken Duncan-Williams so long to come to this realisation or to pour out his heart in this manner rather surprises me. One thing's for sure.

As Paul told the stubborn Corinthians and the Colosians who were busy fighting among themselves about who was "better, greater" etc (is this not an example of envy, jealousy, competition?) he said to them "there are many who go about professing to be all manner of things but at the end of the day, it is only God who can judge who is His true discipline". He asked them "who actually died and sacrificed his life on a cross" among all those egotistical lot. Of course, the /only one who suffered that punishment was Christ himself.

Today, our pastors and so-called "men of God" are behaving in a worse way, and somehow in my view, some of them have 'hijacked the gospel' and turned it into a business. Among the things they even compare are - their wives, cars, houses, watches and shoes!!! ?how very pathetic. Oh, "And Jesus wept".

The lies and propaganda, gossip and envy have gotten deep roots as a result of NDC's continued existence. It's time for the "Sasabonsam" party to be disbanded from Ghana's politics. That way, many of the so-called pastors who'll run to the seat of president for "something small" will cease. We're sick and tired of liars and deceivers in the Kingdom of Christ. Beware of all the false prophets, parrading the Charple and Church Houses in the name of the Lord.

The Bible howver states it clearly as Jesus had prophesied: that in the latter days people will use HIS name to do miracles and all sorts of wonders. They're all false prophets who're pretending to do God work but rather toying with people. They're all hypocrites and parrasites.

The Gospel is still alive; God's words are true. He has declared and it shall come to pass. Let all true worshipers of the Living God say, "PRAISE HIM" to the glory of His Mighty Name, Amen!

The bible is clear about the overindulgence of church in state affairs. Clearly teaches us to render to Caesar, what is his and to GOD, what belongs to GOD alone!! It is good for pastors and imams to pray for our country and it's leadership, but it is wrong for pastors, bishops, archbishops and imams to try to gain favor with our presidents and leadership. That is what is happening right now. I believe the pastors and imams should continue praying and holding vigil for our country and praying that the bribery and corruption stops within our country before we end up losing our souls and land to the devil, the Chinese, Indians and Pakistanis through galamsey. They should pray for a cessation of galamsey operations that is damaging our ecology and environment rather than vying for influence, fame and wealth. Our churches today have become a Den of Vipers. The level of exploitation of the saints has reached astronomical heights. So we have in our country, pastors trying by any means necessary to out do each other through wealth acquisition or the appearance thereof. So in conclusion, the so called nan of God, is off base. Instead of acquiring wealth and bragging about it, why not build schools, clinics, food pantries to feed and educate the least among us. Why not sell off the expensive cars and houses, and live like KING JESUS/ISSA did. Never owned a home( foxes have holes, but the son of man had nowhere to lay his head) John the Baptist foretold the coming of JESUS and he ate locusts and wild honey and lived simply. Paul suffered greatly for JESUS. So what about these so called "stylish" charismatic preachers of today. At the end Our Father might say, "I never knew any of them" So country men, Be Very Careful about any pastor, bishop, archbishop that comes around and lives a very wealthy and opulent lifestyle, because the wealth has taken the place of GOD/Allah. They in a way worship mammon, not the GOD of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Feed the poor and help the least amongst us. Go to Bukom and Tefle or Yendi and set up schools and food pantries and educate and feed the least among us. That is what the SON of GOD/Allah would have done!! Stop seeking influence from politicians. There is only One GOD and none of these so called pastors, bishops, archbishops can be a substitute for GOD! They will surely face death because they are mere mortals. Only one man of GOD did not die a physical death, Enoch.

When I accepted the Lord Jesus 42 years ago, our main concern was to win the souls of men for the kingdom. As medical doctors at the time we use to go to villages, sleep on the floor in classrooms to reach the villagers with the gospel of Jesus Christ. On one of these crusades, I shared the floor space with Paa Willie- William Ofori Atah, a minister of state. The prevailing situation is a competitive spirit and the spirit of greed that has captured many men of God. Many have forgotten our eternal destiny and the account we shall give one day before the throne of God. Men of God today want to be seen and recognised.Seeking earthly fame, it does not surprise me when they troop to the corridors of power for earthly recognition. As much as I respect the man of God, there is the need to cut some excesses so that the up and coming ministers of the gospel would not seek after earthly gains but concentrate on faithfully serving the master who will reward them accordingly. Let us emulate the way of our master and Lord Jesus Christ. As a medical doctor,I have a clear understanding of the brevity of life and hence the need to be always prepared to meet our maker when the inevitability of death knocks on our door.

And they make sure to limit your social interaction with the larger society by constantly organising church functions - after work, before work, Saturdays, Sundays, oh public holidays!!!

Someone should be brave enough to organise a National Day of Awakening and Boycott. People will demonstrate on a Sunday and then march off to Presby, Methodist, Roman, Anglican, Baptist etc to worship without being harassed for money!!

So don't you realize that leadership require wisdom acquired in life, and wisdom can only benefit if applied through knowledge. The white man says "Knowledge is power". These boys and girls must first acquire knowledge so they can apply whatever wisdom they have to it. They don't have the knowledge, so what we are saying is they must start to learn from somewhere and gradually grow their knowledge so their wisdom will become profitable to all. Their ignorance is very clear when they make comments and give suggestions. Ruling a whole nation is not a task to be given to apprentices. Don't you see everything is in a mess in the country?
