How come then the police invite law breakers to tea and biscuits and 'plead' with them to obey the laws. I am talking about those who hold illegal rallies and incite their followers against others.

Also the judgess should prove their claim that they want to protect Ghanaians and deal with these groups if brought to court. Dealing only with contemnors and letting off other trouble makers on tecnicalities does not show concern for peace in Ghana.

I think contempt arises before judgement is pronounced , once the case is judged comments made CANNOT be prejudicial - the bases of contempt. Hence the judges erred
