Especially the Kumasi branch where bribery still goes on. Its sad . One sometimes pays a bill and and will be told there is no receipt. Where then does the money goes?

Odiasempa, ECG knows every government institution that owes; the amount involved and for how long the debts have been. But it dares not mention them nor go for the monies because of failures in our sytems.

Your president and his ministers started selling the idea that Ghanaians should pay what they termed realistic fees. You would expect the ECG to do its own PR. The WB is only following suit.
