I think the respondents should stop this technicallities for the case to continue. whether misallocation or what, it was filed and EC must answer to it.

Yet, putting together your documents has been problematic for many months now. If you expected Afari Gyan to be a magician and charm all his officers to fill out even the slightest and most insignificant portions of stupid pink sheets, why didn't you use the same magic in doing a sacrosanct petition? Wasting our time and ears everyday.

kpmg report is not a statute or they are not part of the judicial process where by they have use their report only in the remaining evidence. They can go outside of it if it is necessary.

Any word that comes the prefix "mis" is a negative element.Addison is acting like Shylock in the "Merchant of Venice".When Shylock was accorded to cut a pound flesh from Anthonio,he became very happy knowing that Anthonio will die.Little did he know that he was going to fall on his own sword.At the very last second for Shylock to dip his knife into Anthonio's chest.The court halted him and gave him condition to cut exactly a pound of flesh nothing less and nothing more.Shylock was not perturbed by the instruction.Then came the last warning,Shylock you can cut the pound of flesh only from Anthonio's chest but do not let a single blood drop,said the court.This is exactly what will happen to lawyer Addison very soon.I wish I could write stories like Shakespear to cover this beautiful drama going on.Thank you.

It is clear that one pink sheet can ave many irregularities, and an therefore belong to those categories. If a pink sheet has over-voting, voting without biometric verification, no signature, can't it be part of those categories?
