  the real problem is that frankly speaking those statements in the budget statement truth be told about 80% are just meant to fill the pages. you know if you live in an environment where the basic necessities of life are a mountainous challenge then the citizenry who are actually the true watchdog have no inclination whatsoever to call the managers of the public purse to order.
  
  naturally one would think that such a critical well-written piece will catch the attention of many but you can easily use the comments session as a barometer to measure the number of readers who show interest in subjects like this.
  
  i'm sorry the politicians know this too so they can't be bothered. if eventually your recommendations see the light of day, trust me only serious minds would venture into politics. until then let's brace ourselves for the mediocre minds that have engulfed our political landscape.
