  I agree with the Executive Secretary,Increasing Minimum Capita will affect the vulnerable s indirectly. So i think The BoG should re-categorize the MFIs with respect to location either rural or urban so that,all the MFIs situated in the rural comm.would pay less minimum capital than those in the cities and this can even propel many businessmen n women to establish more MFIs in the rural vicinity.
