This is what govt should be doing to raise more revenue, not to tax us for GSM calls.
These Chinese who do everything for money. Employment & Labour Ministry should also check their payroll and labour conditions as well.

Enforcement in any country is the key to it's success. For the starters, the custom personnel that allowed trucks to be cleared as second hand should be punished for aiding and abetting.

At a time when your govt is seeking for 3billion dollars from the "CHINESE PEOPLE" to fix the broken economy especially in the Western Region your agencies are chasing "CHINESE PEOPLE" ON DAILY BASIS IN THE NAME OF ILLEGALLITY It started with illegal mining now its illegal establishment of businesses, tax evasion, resident and work permit etc. Mr President please find answers to these questions and you will understand what I'm saying better: where is the coy located? is it operating from a hide-out? how long has the GRA been monitoring the operations of the coy; after all the tax law states that a coy cannot start operations unless it has registered with the GRA so what were they monitoring? how did they get the VAT RECEIPT? with chassis no. GRA can determine the age of a vehicle in just a second so how come 10 trucks were cleared as second hand? now are immigration service and GRA WORKING TOGETHER? This operation smacks of witch-hunting. ARE THERE NO OTHER NATIONALS IN GHANA WHO ARE DUPING THE NATION? Mr president please wake up

Stop them before they destroy the economy and all legally registered companies who pay their vat and taxes !

Please check our hotels too for non issuance of VAT to their guests. A lot of money is lost through this.
