Since before independence we have been plagued by all sorts of ruthless , vicious and willfully authoritative govts that all have one thing in common , denying the right of free speech and proper analysis of the motives and agendas they seek to keep hidden . Most of these govts were led by people who didnt belong to the majority but rather minority tribes and very marginal political clans . starting with nkrumah who is praised to high heaven but this same oligarchy , he st in motion a climate of fierce political antagonism whereby moderate minds of a liberal persuasion had no business in participating as only the radicals could stand the heat .The MOTIVE , be able to spend without consensus or agreement the wealth of the nation ie in today's jargon chop Ghana money some . This style and system of government was perfected by kwasea rawlings and today we have pepeni whose agenda is finalse the colonization of the majority , the Akans with the assistance of the homicidal ayigbe and the idiot pepefuo . they now use the institution called the supreme court to gag all free thinking individuals so the climate is set to enslave and now steal the oil and gas. they tell us nkrumah was so good so i say to them we hope ghana breaks up and their first presidents are just like him. when we secede we give them all the gold reserves in Switzerland and pay them another 20 billion on top so these ewes and pepefuo are rich and let their nkrumah come and spend that money in 2 years and leave them in debt for 2000 years , that is our revenge . hopefully their first nkrumah presidents are just as manipulative and propagandists so a greater part of that money is used to secure the unity of the universe as thats a very good thing not only african or nigger unity . the rest of the money we graciously leave them should be used in establishing useless unsustainable businesses that only feed other economies and drain their own . yes we wish them well as they have to us for over 60 years . we in the meantime Akans will build a nation truly worthy of our capabilities and potentials with a minimum wage of not less than 10,000 dollars so our beers in our bars are at least 100 dollars so these pepefuo and ayigbe idiots can not afford to visit us just like the Japanese do to their ndc idols the Chinese , long live the republic of Akan

What is shocking is the reputation of our country through the hard fought and massive blood lost by our ancestors is sinking due to a highly corrupted government like NDC, which can not solve any problem rather pointing fingers on others.

Andy-K keep it in mind that, once the Akans are of the majority, votes of the other tribes is not of necessity to come into power.

The roles and legacy of any tribes in Ghana is known to the national and international community and can not be turned down or misinterpreted easily. An insult to an Akan is one to all.

Nobody, no political party, no civil society activist has a right to vilify the Supreme Court which is not denying any Gahanaian the right to speak his mind on any event or political, economic, socio-cultural situation going on. The freedom of speech must match the laws in force. There is no country in this world where people are allowed to do and so what they want anyhow.

It should be clear in our mind what anarchy, useless gossiping, impoliteness is and what a measured, rational and responsible criticism mean.

A look at the happenings in the country at the moment and the outburst of some political activist could be traced to the selective justice being practised by our law enforcement agencies. While some of them feel that they can say anything and get away with it, some feel that they are not being treated fairly and therefore have to fight their corner.
While some people have been arrested (Rambo style) for making certain utterances,others have been allowed to go away with comparatively serious utterances.
Until the "all men are equal, but some are more equal than others!" attitude of the law enforcement agencies change, we must embrace ourselves for such scenarios, which unfortunately open our judges to criticism when they have to step in and deal with the resulting situation.

It is important that the supreme court judges accept criticism from the public and the people of Ghana also embrace the judgements from the supreme court even though they might not agree with it. It is through such scenarios that our democracy and republic would grow.
Meanwhile while we accept their judgement and appreciate their resolve to speak for the common Ghanaian, It is worth mentioning that they ought to take criticisms in good faith and tolerate divergent views from the public.

Even though I disagree with Ken Kuranchie most of the time, I acknowledge is courage and conviction. He has exposed the hypocrisy and small mindedness of some of our judges and now we know the true enemies of free speech and democracy. Who says a judge cannot be insulted, especially when he wrong and arrogant. If you don't want to be criticized, don't go into public affairs. Even Jesus Christ was insulted. It is the grace with which people like George Washington, Abraham Lincoln and others took criticism knowing that they cannot always be right, that builds democracy, Our judges are incompetent and shallow and they want to bully us so that they can insulate themselves from public scrutiny but Ken Kuranchie has by his courage and conviction shown the way. We know for a fact that in a place like Ghana the majority is always wrong and so Ken don't worry about all those who are now singing the praises of the erring judges, they were the same voices that were singing junior jesus.

If Karbo is so convinced in what he is saying let him go and replace Ken in prison instead of encouraging just verbally him. The best way of encouraging Ken is to give him good advice but for that the one who is giving advice needs to be well educated also unfortunately, Karbo does not meet this criteria. The next to be jailed will be him and that won.t have anything to do with the SC denying people their right of freedom of speech but purely offence to the judiciary.

If we need a strong democracy and the state of rule of law, then we need to respect our judicial Institutions because they are the ones to make sure the laws are respected by all.

Nobody can intimidate the Court which I hope will start from now to watch carefully this Karbo's talks, statements and behavior.
