  When health workers go on strike demanding what is their due some Ghanaians see it as been wicked but not when government decides to implement policies that can take people lives. Just recently I lost a neonate who was in hypoglycaemia and needed to be corrected with IV dextrose. Because of light out I could not get the IV line. Whose fault? Doctor or government?
