It was based on the reason why Prof Mills lost 2000 and 2004. Prof Mills won 2008 because Akuffo Addo is not a presidential material. President Kuffour was an immoral and dishonest president yet he is loved by all the NPP members and also won the hearts of the undecided with his gentle charm which would have made it possible to win at least one additional region, most likely from Brong or Western region to the two strong party base, Ashanti and Eastern regions. Akuffo Addo must give up, because Ghanaians do not love him!!!!

Most of these govts were led by people who didnt belong to the majority but rather minority tribes and very marginal political clans . starting with nkrumah who is praised to high heaven but this same oligarchy , he st in motion a climate of fierce political antagonism whereby moderate minds of a liberal persuasion had no business in participating as only the radicals could stand the heat .The MOTIVE , be able to spend without consensus or agreement the wealth of the nation ie in today's jargon chop Ghana money some . This style and system of government was perfected by kwasea rawlings and today we have pepeni whose agenda is finalse the colonization of the majority , the Akans with the assistance of the homicidal ayigbe and the idiot pepefuo . they now use the institution called the supreme court to gag all free thinking individuals so the climate is set to enslave and now steal the oil and gas. they tell us nkrumah was so good so i say to them we hope ghana breaks up and their first presidents are just like him. when we secede we give them all the gold reserves in Switzerland and pay them another 20 billion on top so these ewes and pepefuo are rich and let their nkrumah come and spend that money in 2 years and leave them in debt for 2000 years , that is our revenge . hopefully their first nkrumah presidents are just as manipulative and propagandists so a greater part of that money is used to secure the unity of the universe as thats a very good thing not only african or nigger unity . the rest of the money we graciously leave them should be used in establishing useless unsustainable businesses that only feed other economies and drain their own . yes we wish them well as they have to us for over 60 years . we in the meantime Akans will build a nation truly worthy of our capabilities and potentials with a minimum wage of not less than 10,000 dollars so our beers in our bars are at least 100 dollars so these pepefuo and ayigbe idiots can not afford to visit us just like the Japanese do to their ndc idols the Chinese , long live the republic of Akan

The answer is very simple. Why should the EC be holding on to the originals of the pink-sheets from the S/C scrutiny whiles all parties to the dispute disagree on the count?
It is the key to the solution.

They know very well that this request will be dismissed but they are deliberately doing so with the view that when this is refused and they lose the case, they will cite this as one of the many reasons for which they lost the petition. I am amazed that they themselves are in askance regarding the very exhibits they filed. They made claims that they had filed over thirteen thousand pink sheets and held on to ot until tsatsu started to chip so away even leading to this KPMG count. The NPP told Ghanaians that they do not need the whole pink sheets and that just four thousand or thereabout was enough and so even where the KPMG group is saying they have identified eght thousand they were cool. Now they have brought up this red herring. Ei NPP, moto ada adi!!!!(you are exposed!!!

Rawlings and his wife created serious and unnecessary tension and damage in party, and if Akuffo Addo was a serious contender, he could have won with huge and convincing margin. He had all the advantages any presidential candidate could dream of in 2008, yet he lost. Akuffo Addo does not have what it takes to be president of our dear country but his yenti gyae supporters don't want to accept that simple fact!!!

The Presiding officers who failed to sign the pink sheets in the 2012 elections should be jailed, whether the petitioner or the 1st responders wins the case. This will make officers sign the sheets in future ellections.

All that is being demonstrated is that the NPP legal team are smart arses who have competent legal experts to handle their case before the supreme court. You can tell from the body language of Afari Gyan and his legal team that they have bitten more than they can chew while ~Tony Lithur and Tsikata hopelessly look on with the occasional legal spanners thrown in to stall the impending roller coaster of Philip Addison & co.

You can insult as much as you like but it has no effect on the case in court.

So, government should set aside funds and pay for this to be done properly and fully. We all need to know. So far, even Atubuga has agreed and mandated in evidence that npp provided over 11,840 sheets from the count, so they should proceed with their case. The petitioners have always stated they know what they submitted and made copies to everyone. If anyone wants to deny it, then check and settle it.

NOW, the respondents have gone full circle only to see that what KPMG have done is to confirm the main batch and leave the highly questionable ones for the court to play with. What happenned next? Even SC could not see how they made so many mistakes and are proving the petitioners points.

NPP has made a habit of finding faults with every decision not made by them. They had pooling agents in all 26,003 pooling stations to lookout for their interests. Unless the NPP reps can demonstrate that they were intimidated, bullied or bribed to look the other way, there is no case.

The simple truth is that the petitioners have messed up their primary evidence, and at worst tried to pad up the number of pink sheets.

The chief witness Dr Bawumia insisted that only 11852 sheets were submitted. And yet over 13000 sheets were counted.

How do the petitioners expect to win the case when their evidence is so unreliable?
