I agree with the pope. Case in point are some of the beliefs of the church such as the worship of dead human beings
(dulia and hyperdulia) and the titular designation of Mary as Queen of Heaven and Mediatrix.

Bibilically, we are to worship only God-- period.

"And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy" (Rev 19:10).

"And I John saw these things, and heard them. And when I had heard and seen, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel which shewed me these things. While it is true that you and all other non-Catholic Clergymen (and Clergywomen) do not report to the Pope, you need to understand the point at stake. The Pope encourages humility and not vanity. Most of you the Clergy drive in super expensive cars when the "sheep" that you tend can not get enough food to feed their children. Nobody is against the Clergy driving cars; what you need to do is exhibit moderation in your acquisition for the earthly materials you preach against, and help the poor with your excess wealth. Remember what Jesus said? It is easier for a camel to go (pass) through the eye of a needle than you wealthy Clergymen and Clergywomen entering into the Kingdom of God (Heaven).
By the way, I sincerely hope the response you posted reflects your personal opinion rather than that of the entire non-Catholic Clergymen and Clergywomen. If it is the latter, then God help Ghana!
