    So before the World Bank stated that we could save money by reducing inefficiencies, the Hon Minister did not know that? That is very dumb. It is like now agreeing that the Pope is a Catholic!

    Look at the quality of Mr. Mahama's Ministers? He could not find better, more qualified ministers from 24 million Ghanaians. That said, both NDC and NPP are visionless, corrupt and managerially incompetent.

    IF CEO(CHIEF EXERCUTIVE OFFICERS)MINISTERS OF STATE,CHURCES &THEIR DEPUTIES COULD CUT DOWN THEIR SALARIES ALITTLE BIT,AND THE THIEVES STOP STILLING THE GOVT MONIES THEN THE COUNTRY CAN MOVE FORWARD.

    ECG and all the public utilities should collect all their arrears as a matter of urgency.

    This would make them solvent and obviate the need to increase tariffs.
