  pepeni has taken a few good but woefully incompetent men. so this ndc with all these people and their doctorate degrees , decades of experience and not being new to the business of running a nation could only find a chartered accountant with polytechnic to run the sophisticated affairs of finance and economic planning? the country i agree can never be broke but is only heavily in debt with no future or chance of development due to the chinese. this krobo minister is only trying to balance the books and lacks courage , mental acumen and deep understanding to make the bold decisions required in these challenging times . they are only thieves who are bold and fool hardy courageous when it comes to stealing or looting but to do something good is an abomination to their nature . these are the king of people who if are on your team will make sure you miserably fail not because they plan it but because their burdened in the dark ignorant hearts by their own selfishness . pepeni thinks we blindly hate him but we say we actually see him for what he really is and that is a CAPITAL FOOL who never do anything good for himself to less of the welfare of the ordinary man. pepeni is entrapped by his own self surrounded by incompetence and tribal amateurs who think that by selling us propaganda , ideology and lies they can get by . we say their days are numbered and soon their blood will flow . his friend pepeni the idiot presiding judge will be one of the first punished for their arrogance.   IF GH STARTS PROSECUTING CORRUPT PUBLIC SECTOR WORKERS. MORE FOREIGN INVESTORS WILL COME IN BCOS THEY CAN COUNT ON THE RULE OF LAW TO WORK N BE FAIR.
  OUR PPL WILL HVE JOBS, TAXES WILL BE PAID, MORE DEVELOPMNT IN GH. ALL WILL BE HAPPY. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY THESE STUPID ANIMALS WILL EVER LEARN.
  ARREST THESE FOOLS, JAIL THEM UNTIL A HEAVY BOND/BAIL IS PAID. GATHER THE EVIDENCE AND TAKE THEM TO COURT. THE CHIEF JUSTICE MUST PUT THEIR FUCKING FOOT DOWN!

  As a researcher, I sometimes wonder at the methodology used and the data collection procedures for TI. Coming out with these figures based on some survey of respondents not even from Ghana must be a cause for concern for validity and reliability.
  As expected, if survey or interview are conducted in Ghana, in that natural setting and respondents all hail from Ghana, then there is to a large measure - credibility.
  But, if TI depends on other means, say, non-Ghanaian respondents, Ghanaian respondents who are not based in Ghana, reliability is challenged.
  The reason why the methodology employed by TI is even flawed is the fact that it is based on perception.
  How do you quantify perception?
  By conducting survey on some number of respondents across the world is too wide a bias to be used for individualized nations like Ghana.
  Can we know the sample size of this study?How many people were contacted?
  What is the breakdown of this sample?
  We have to be very careful paying some attention to these fuzzy surveys.

  All I want to say is to challenge their methodology and methods of data collection. It is an international global affair and once this is published, it all over the globe.
  Research is currently under way about the methodology employed by TI and when findings are ready, yo will get to know the true picture

Police in ghana are not revenue collectors in ghana, so how much money was currupted by police that could be more than the woyome money. Those one one cedis the mttu has been collecting from the drivers can not reach the woyome money within one year. What will be said about Nigeria police. If this reseachers have nothing to say they should stop denegrating the name of the ghana police. If they want to see corrupt institutions they should look at CEPS, IRS,Forestry, Auditors, Accountants and all those who are incharge of the purse for the nation.

  There are lots of countries that abstained, ask why?. It has its bias intentions and we are making it easier for them. In fact the very rating institutions like Moody and Price water house have been cited for corrupt practices involving the collapse of Enron. How can Nigeria be better than Ghana and Cameroon. We need to follow the rest and say a big thank you and bye to TI in Ghana.

They tried Democracy and in just a year they are fed up and it has nothing to do with corruption but the way the Egyptian economy was set up. They have lots of oil yet their economy has been designed along tourism-the greatest evil of our time. Kenya had a similar problem with tourism. In fact, they scored 36 percent, almost 20 percent better than Ghana.
