In any case, don't we already have laws which could order the steps of ministers and other government officials?

We heard it loud and clear from the presiding judge at the Waterville trial, that John Mahama and his fellow stealers "created,looted and shared" what belonged to me and my fellow countrywo/men.

How can Fiifi Kwetey,Seth Tekper,Okudjeto-Ablakwah and the other stealers who facilitated the stealing of our monies resulting in a GHc8,7 billion budget deficit in 2012 abide by any code of ethics ?

The Code of Ethics is adjunct to the laws of the country encoded in the constitution. But like the laws, even those who know about its existence don't respect it. Ghanaians don't care about regulations that seek to control them and obstruct their interests.

ONLY prison will work.

Prof. Adei has in his lectures at Pentecost University never ceased to fuel hatred for the NDC government. What has he been able to achieve in Pentecost University. There fact that you are against a particular party should not make you shy off from all the right they do.

It is not the president of a nation who sets the tone/agenda of the nation but the legislature which is empowered to set laws and statutes that govern activities and or practices that may be deemed acceptable norms and or unacceptable/criminal behavior or acts. The justice system sees (supposedly) to the proper execution of those laws to ensure adherence by all of the nation’s subjects. What this professor needs to do is be bold and unequivocal and call on our legislators to declare their assets (complete and comprehensive) prior to taking their seat in Ghana's parliament each year. Those who fail to do so should be barred from taking their place in parliament. It is when these certifiable thieves called parliamentarians are held to those strict scrutiny that they can ensure that the executive branch is held in check. To expect the chief executive (president) to be deaf, dumb and stupid while the co-owners (legislators and judiciary) steal to get rich is to ask only saints to seek Ghana's presidency.

Don't we have rules and regulations in our homes and workplaces? It seems Prof. does not see anything good coming from this country. As a christian, I believe that Jehovah God gives generously and unconditionally when we ask from a repentant and faithful heart. Amen
