Will our SC be willing to sit on this case if as per Mr Jantuah, the Sale and Purchase Agreement of the Sale of Ghana Telecom to Vodafone didn't meet the legal provisions of the country? If indeed the signature form was pasted on the amended version of the SPA,then I suspect a criminal act here. We need to know the truth

Only in Ghana will an MP make such an allegation against his own people and nothing happens.
These NPP folks LOOOOOVVVVVVEEE "abrokyire fuor". If a British or American offers them a $1000 for a sale of something, and a Chinese or African or Indian offers them a billion dollars, they'll easily settle for the $1000.
They like abrokyire than anything in the world. No wonder they tried to truncate our independence and worked with the CIA to overthrow Nkrumah.

This case is a classic example of the corrupt nature of the legislature. They do not scrutinize documents of contracts, agreements and sale of government properties to individuals and organizations because the beneficiaries of these deals lobby them for their approval.
The approvals end up not to be in the interest of the country.

For all the Ghanaian clapping and talking heads that have raised Martin Amidu to the status of an idol, I say go find him and ask him to explain how did the Ghana Telecom sale pass muster? People may not like to read what I write but I am here to repeat that Martin Amidu is just a tin god with an inner body made of straw.
I have consistently asked for Martin Amidu and his fans to go back to basics. Why and where is Ghana falling short when it comes to our national contracts? This question is being explained with the sale of Ghana Telecom where members of parliament are slowly being exposed as overrated politicians and educated elite when they are just mere abject and brain dead fools. They did sign off on a sale where the rules of contracts were ignored. It is a trick the Kufour administration perpetrated on Ghana to steal and they did steal and got away with it. Instead of Martin Amidu and his zealot bunch going after government officials who have used Ghana’s contract statutes to enrich themselves and stealing from small time contractors/vendors, Martin and others have decided to go after the vendors through a morally bankrupt Georgina Woods Supreme Court. Did Ghana’s legislators have all the information needed to honor any and all national contracts that have been signed in Ghana since the 1966 coup? Why must Kufour and his administration not be put before the Supreme Court to explain how the so-called Vodafone contract can be legitimate? Where are thee mighty Martin?
