If his landguards come, let the police or military arrest them and arrest the stupid MP too. If he defies a court order, why can't he be jailed for contempt of court?

Alabama, do you know that in politics there is an axiom that "uneasy lies the head that wear the crown?" Why is Jerry criticized about atrocities that were carried on in his administration by undisciplined soldiers? Why do we blame Jerry for the killing of the former presidents when in effect it is generally known he was against that, and that was the idea of Boakye Djan. Why don't we hear of Boakye Djan?
Why the president? The president has his security apparatus like the police, military and the BNI who gets the government to know what goes on. If the president appoints an IGP or Director of BNI and finds out that an MP has hired landguards to defy orders of a court but they do nothing about it, the onus rests on the government to find out why there should be such defiance. If the IGP cannot effect the arrest of such an MP, then the president appointed the wrong person and should be held accountable. There are institutions to handle that issue as you pointed out but if the heads of those institutions are shirking on their responsibilities, then we blame the one who appointed them.
A few weeks ago when it came to light that the IRS of the USA is targeting and vetting some members of the Green Party and vetting their tax returns, Obama did not know about it but Republicans and even some Democrats took him to the cleaners. The head of IRS was immediately made to resign? What about that? Why should Obama be blamed for that. Did you follow the hullabaloo that accompanied Obama's nomination of Susan Rice as secretary of state. Look at how she was dissected and Obama was blamed by the Republicans for negligence? Once a president, one gets the praise if things go well and the blame if things go foul. That is the nature of politics.

If the land was registered to CSIR under the old centralized system, how did it become missing in action for this thief called MP to have purchased it? Who sold it to him and which agency of government registered the land to him? This is precisely the illusion people who promote their so-called freedoms and economic policy sell ideas to dumb people in Ghana who are ill prepared to understand the links between free market principles, selfishness and greed. There is no safe system of governance and economic system value that will ever trump morals and principles; everything else is man-made illusion.

It is not for the police or security forces to enforce this judgement. Unless you are saying that because CSIR is a government parastatal or agency, these forces could intervene.

What you have to understand is that the NDC party was founded by thugs, murderers and bandits and the only thing that they understand is violence. And for close to 30 years that J J Rawlings and his clan ruled and disposed of any/every thing that seemed sane to challenge them, that thing/person got murdered. They have used killings to get their way that they will kill an incumbent president who they thought was a dark horse. J J Rawlings and the NDC is the worse thing that ever happened to GHANA. And he still has a firm grip by way of populating the economic,seciruty and judicial (Atuguba)institutions with NDC cronies.That is why they could pay 51M to o crony. DR Kwame Nkrumah is turning in his grave. BUT Ghana will endure and one day the truth will prevail.
