Ministers saving government loans in their individual foreign accounts and keeping the interest accrued before releasing the capital to nation's coffers. In fact, the SC is really wasting time that is why these crooks think they still stand a chance. Where on earth have you seen SC removing democratically elected president and putting in a 70 years old drug baron, greedy and arrogant man as president? You have been found out and God will punish you for wasting Ghanaian tax-payers money.

I am suspicious about the pink sheets being tended as 'evidence' of duplication, and also the 'evidence' supporting allegations of double registration. If counsel for the petitioners are forging fake identities to prove a point, how can we trust the other 'evidence' they are providing?

The act of taking away is an extract, but the item that was extracted is a duplicate, providing it was not altered in any way. If the item is not represented as a whole then the item is not a duplicate, but an extraction. However, if the item is an exact duplication of an extraction, then it is an extracted duplication. Something like this could be argued upon for days before a consensus can be reached. But, then it could have been a copy of an extracted duplicate from the original. Confusing, is it not?

There is nothing going on that is fishy here. The only problem is the word the lawyer used to describe the document. He should have said "a copy of an extract" just as Dr. John Said. An extract will be a part taken out, which in this case is not. So if it's on a CD (soft copy), how do we extract it? There is no way you can do that without using the soft copy and allowing it to remain a soft copy which the respondent are afraid to accept. The easiest way should have been the soft copy tendered but respondents are for some reasons afraid of soft copy.

So, if they the petitioners tend in botched, mis-matched, numberless and 'quadruplicated' documents, it is simply "an error in matching them" yet he can accuse the EC which had to conduct, collate, analyse and present national poll results within TWO DAYS!!!

99% of the comments I've just read here are infantile, to put it mildly. What is wrong with what Addison did? Why are people talking about forgery and photoshop and so on?

As far as i could see and hear, there are issues of double registration, same person, same face, eyes, ears and even same clothes appearing at different parts of the register; the only difference is the age. If that is not double registration, what is?

Technology savvy Addison's team pulls together those pictures and place them side by side and in colour for the EC to see propperly and comment. What is the problem?

The problem, as far as I can see is style, not substance. Addison should have cross-referred the pages from which these extracts were made. As it were, the impression was created wrongly that if one goes to the original register, those pictures appeared on 2 consecutive pages whereas in the original register, they may have been 10 or 20 pages apart. Addison sought to withdraw the document but will bring it back in the right format. What is the hullabaloo about?

Is anyone here trying to suggest that Addison faked documents that he thought he could sneak past the court? Are we joking? Are we such an ignorant people? Would he even dream about that? Why is no one here commenting on the horrible admissions that Afari-Gyan has been forced to make? Duplicate polling station codes, quadruplicate serial numbers, tons of unsigned pink sheete; so all these do not matter? Come on, let's argue sensibly.

Tsikata is the one very quick to impugn dishonesty and criminality to everyone but himself, yet he's the only player in the room who has a criminal record, as a common thief. Go figure!!

The count of pink sheets has shown that different numbers of sheets were given to the parties involved with the case. So what are the SC to use to determine the case? This petition is bound to collapse because of the unreliability of the evidence.

Addison and Dr Bawumia have persistently misled the court. The judges will certainly not be impressed.

A passage selected from a larger work • he presented extracts from William James' philosophical writings. I read, one of the Justices saying "extract" as an English word ought to be the same as the original? I am confused. The online dictionary definition above is quite different. Why should an extract be the same as the original? The justices have to remember that we the " non learnered" people are learning. So if they use a wrong definition to deny a person due process, then it is troubling. Somebody help me out here.

Is that not what an extract is? You take bits and pieces of a document, to prove something. By the way the EC was able to locate all those bits and pieces that was provided to him from his original document. Did he not?

The longer the case remains unresolved, the more entrenched the incumbent gets in the Presidency, anyway. It is better for the Petitioners to handle the case with pure honesty and lose than to use any spurious means to try and win it. In the end, we all would be prouder of an opposition that had sought the truth with utmost integrity, even in defeat, than one that would be tagged with corrupt machinations to befuddle us all and claim a win.

There is serious doubt over their primary evidence - the pink sheets. The number of sheets presented in evidence is uncertain and it appears different sets of pink sheets were given to the different parties involved with the case.

The 'extract' from the voters register appears to have been concocted. Counsel has had to withdraw it. It was certainly not an extract from the voters register of the EC.

This casts serious doubts over the pink sheets being used to accuse Dr Afari-Gyan and the EC. How can we rely on evidence provided by the petitioners when the integrity is questionable?

I said this before the elections that Nketsia speaks as if he already knew who will win the elections. Before all the parliamentary results came out, he had already known how many ndc had won. he said if I could remember 148 or so and that is what they had. Can anyone explain this. It the result of the duplicate pink sheets they gave to their agents to fill and throw the real originals away. This must be investigated and find out how they got all those duplicates. EC did not do well at all by printing double pink sheets. Bawumiah said it all, "It is the vehicle they used to rig the elections." Thank God for NANA ADDO. He is the HERO. Whether we like it or not. Nana is a HERO. You may hate him, abuse him, curse him and throw all manner of insults at him, but the fact is, 'HE IS A HERO NOT FOR HIMSELF BUT FOR Ghana". If tomorrow your love one - friend, mentor, brother, uncle, father etc stands for an election, he will definitely have a free and fair election. It is because Nana took it upon himself to fight the injustice in our electoral system. I do not care who wins the case, but one thing is sure, if there will be any electoral fraud, it will be very minimal and insignificant. But for this one there is no way we can say it is clean. Despite Dr. Afari's earlier admission that the election was free and fair, he cannot say that today. Let's ask Dr. Afari today and see if he can boldly say that the election was free and fair. He cannot say that. Addison will definitely ask him this question at the end, and we shall hear what he will have to tell us. For all of you who are pleading the court to throw away this case, be it known unto you that your thoughts are not like that of the panel. As long as Tsikata and Co couldn't thrash the case (which they forcefully tried to do), that should tell all of you that the case is a real case that needs to be judged. I leave the judgment in the hands of the judges and I believe they are wiser than many of us to give Ghanaians what we deserve. Peace to my beloved Ghana, long live Ghana, long live SC.
