Kwesi Pratt is the most dangerous Journalist Ghana had ever have, he had the gut to recommend his fellow journalists to be executed by PNDC. Pratt even recommended Baako to be killed by the regime, thank God Baako was instead touchered violently and severely but his life was spared. This is what Kwesi Pratt can do. Now Pratt is a secret agent to NDC and US Embassy in Ghana. May God forgive Pratt and spare him the untold evils that will come upon him and his generations. The souls of those journalist killed through Pratt's recommendations to PNDC will never forgive Pratt. What is wrong with our government?Just take a look at these so called presidential advisers whose duties are duplicitous to some Ministries in Ghana.We have E.T.Mensah, the Pamprah land-grabbing zealot;Badgin the leader of the delegation to Korea on the botched billions of dollars deal in which he confessed taking "gifts" so he could endorse the outrageous loan;and the third guy whose identity I'm missing but sure as hell has gotten his hands in the national cookie jar also.These are Ghanaians appointed by our President to supervise these gigantic projects that come with huge opportunities to turn these fellow citizens into instant millionaires through kick backs schemes that accompany such projects.They'll each build mansions and rake in millions by virtue of their oversight responsibilities....thanks to their enabler,our President who might not be far behind in his share of the booties.

Ghana needs real thinkers to move this nation forward. Our leaders mix politics with work for the nation.

Dirty and filthy conditions abound every part of the nation. People are dying of mosquitoes and cholera. These are priorities not erection of some universty or housing for security personnel.

Ghana is in dire need of a national blueprint and a long term systematic agenda for dual carriageways (away from the 'snake-like' roads that pass through town and villages) which will not only increase the general pace of our development, but also cut down drastically the rate of unnecessary deaths and destruction from major road traffic accidents.

I would like to see what the government is doing about this, much as I think the projects listed so far are in the right direction.

We definitely need a "modern" airport to boost international transport, trade and to serve as a hub for international gatherings. Whilst at it, the government needs to work with the private sector to boost the hospitality sector and tourist sector.

Yes, "Rome was not built in a day" and we also know that "a journey of a thousand miles starts with the first step" so we appreciate the effort made so far but "the proof of the pudding is always in the eating" and government will be and MUST be held accountable for its own promises. We are all watching with keen interest, Mr President.

The much harder job is to progress the projects and given the NDC's project management of such projects as the flagship STX housing project we cannot have much faith in their ability to deliver anything more than fine sounding words and reports.
Action, not words is what the nation now wants above all else.

I expect them to include revitazing all projects or industries established by Dr Kwame Nkrumah. In the north we have the tomato factory, Bolgatanga Beef factory including newly crops like solgum amd millet oh shea butter etc industries could be set up in the north.

In Ashanti region we have the leather and tinning industry, Jute, Shoe factory etc, In other areas we have sugar factory etc. Ghana need not set any new industry. Again the government could develope the Railway industries that will creat millions of jobs for ghanaians.

How about rehabilitating our railway system?

This is a priority for our economy. The railways are the most efficient and cost-effective means of transporting our principal export commodities from the mines, cocoa farms and forests to our ports.

The railways also provide ready access to urban markets for rural agricultural produce thus boosting local economies. Passenger transport is enhanced by the railways.

We appeal to government to rehabilitate our railways now.
