    Very sad indeed! These are the issues in which we need the wise analysis of the various "Think Tanks". Am eagerly waiting for a press conference by them and the views/solutions that will be propossed!!

    The idea of housing Police personal in barracks is an old colonial concept.Policemen should be mostly recruited from the community as done in the USA.

    The question had always been, what the hell is going on? Only in Ghana that funding government projects are, either the funds get missing in the tine air or missed use the set project funds. Yes, everyone is aware!!!!!!
