Ministers saving government loans in their individual foreign accounts and keeping the interest accrued before releasing the capital to nation's coffers. In fact, the SC is really wasting time that is why these crooks think they still stand a chance. Where on earth have you seen SC removing democratically elected president and putting in a 70 years old drug baron, greedy and arrogant man as president? Most of these people just want cheap popularity, so they call press conferences and all to throw insults at the same party they claim they were founder members of. As founding members, I believe any such people have rights to call the NEC to a meeting to discuss what they feel are short-comings in the party. Coming out in the open to say "Our own witness is clueless" seems a bit foolish. Unless the intention is to win favour from the opposition for being seen as a thorn in your own party's flesh. And this is exactly what happens. When any foolish member casts a slur on their own party, the opposition jumps at it an makes it into a big deal.
We expect our leaders to show maturity that brings progress to their party. If they cannot stand their own party, then it means they are not fit to be elected to any positions of trust, because they would one day turn round and play the same game with their positions.
A good example is Sekou Nkrumah. When he wanted to gain favour with the NDC, he never ceased from casting insults on his own CPP party. His efforts were rewarded with an appointment from the NDC. When he realised the NDC was losing favour with the masses, he started casting insults on the NDC and gained favour with the NPP. When the NPP lost the elections, he quickly retracted his steps and started railling insults on the NPP. If he does not sit back and realise the mess he is creating for himself, he will be in the political wilderness for a long, long time.
This man Wireko Brobbey broke away from the NPP when he tried and failed to win the people's verdict to lead the party. He founded his own party to fight the 2004 (or was it the 2008) elections and failed woefully to be recognised. The NPP was magnanimous and gave him two important positions which he messed up badly. This man is never capable of leading the NPP ever. He may as well try to win favour from the ruling NDC by casting insults at the NPP, why not! He deserves to be booted out completely from the party..

I had a serious argument with my elder brother because I insisted on voting for Kuffour and went out of my way to convince others to do same because we felt NDC took us of granted and was not pushing the development of the Volta.
The growth of the NPP in Volta would have been phenomenal but for the primitive words and actions of some members of the NPP. Many of us have since regretted going all out for the NPP at time.

I sincerely think that Dr Nyaho-Tamakloe is talking too much. It is not true that people with dissenting views are attacked in NPP. The fact is that the Kwame Pianim, Dr Wereko-Brobbey and Dr Arthur Kennedy have made provocative statements that go to discredit the party. It is clear that these personalities have had issues with the party and instead of using appropriate mechanisms in the party to have their grievances addressed. They rather used other means that sought to portray the party in a bad light and of course party faithfuls were not going to lie low whilst their beloved party suffers the indignity of lies and half-truths from these disgruntled individuals. To me the individuals mentioned above miscalculated and misjudged the mood of the party when they made their unguarded statements.

To me the party will not implode. President Kufuor himself was the victim of Kwame Pianim's acerbic remarks and of course Dr Wereko Brobbey has also ignored to listen to the advice of Kufuor and continues to spew nonsense about the current leadership of our party. To me NPP will be better off without the likes of Kwame Pianim, Wereko Brobbey and Arthur Kennedy and I think Dr Nyaho-Tamakloe is increasingly becoming and irritant and should watch his mouth.

Why is it that these founders/elders/leaders cannot seem to follow the party's own procedures for addressing their varied concerns in the spirit of mutual trust, respect and concern for 1. the benefit of the party, and 2. the welfare of Ghanaians based on the position of the NPP, when it comes to their policies, their programs and their initiatives to address the myriad of problems affecting most an impoverished Ghanaian.
What is it about these NPP elders/leaders that they cannot jaw-jaw instead of conducting their business in the media? Is that the right approach to resolving their concerns? Whatever, the issues are, is it something that has to be internalized or needs to be addressed in the public domain? These leaders/founders/elders need to grow up and deal with their issues.

With regards to Nyaho-Tamaklo and Arther Kennedy, I still don´t know why they should stoop so low toscoop.Now things are getting clearer and clearer that EC connived and condommed with NDC party to cheat. According to their own Party supporters they have never won clean electons in Ghana before. They always cheat on other parties.
For this reason it is absolutely wrong for these four people to support NDC to continue cheating. I thought they were upright and were going to support a just course.What kind of future are we building for our children if we support cheating in our politics?
