If Mr Bombarde and his kind would, a looming threat hangs over the country with the final pronouncement of the SC ruling. That ruling would be the REAL declaration of the 2012 elections which is going to set one party jubilating and another crying. How well we manage this situation is what matters now.
I'll suggest we all get involved to KICK AWAY VIOLENCE by in tuning the minds of our people to accept the outcome in good faith. The Winner, should jubilate responsibly by not unduly infuriating the losers; while the losers maturely accept the defeat and jubilation of the winners as normal.

Back to the issue, what this man of God has said hasn't helped the situation. Now, those people who are planning to cause mayhem after the ruling would be tempted to believe their aganda has some kind of spiritual blessing! Why didnt Otabil organise a group of "prayer warriors" (even if a million of them) to pray on behalf of Ghana; instead of announcing it to the world? You know, I'm not sure he would feel safe to continue cashing in off his church members if this country is at war, u know!(especially now that he has been tagged as an NPP-pastor). He is a Ghanaian, the least he can do for this country is to ensure its peaceful existence, not inflame passions with this kind of so-called "heaviness in my heart".

The man of God didn't hide his dreams as it's always happened even in ancient times of Israel. The Kings and the people of Israel always sought God's direction and listened to His voice in times of need. In doing so, they conquered might nations and their enemies.
It's quoted in the Bible that "the Lord will not do a thing unless He reveals it to His Prophets." So Mr. Bombande better be wise and listen to the voice of the Most High God.
The NDC have publicly declared that they'll not leave the throne no matter what happens. So what is this man trying to tell Ghanaians. Does he know the kind of things going on behind the scenes? The NDC govt has ordered 15 bullet-proof vehicles from overseas. Does he know about that; and what do they intend to use to vehicles for? Can Mr. Bombande and his cohorts tell Ghanaians the truth, rather than deceiving Ghanaians.
I have posted right here on Ghanaweb, few days into the Election Petition hearing that Ghanaians should pray for the nation and especially for our Noble Justices for God's protection, wisdom and courage. Dr. Otabil didn't elaborate so much but his humble call to Christians will lead us into a period of intence prayer.
EVERY GHANAIAN EVERYWHERE IN THE WORLD, SHOULD GO ON THEIR KNEES AND PRAY FOR OUR JUSTICES. THIS IS AN URGENT CALL.
We have witnessed this before and won't allow any crazy thing to happen in Ghana esp. our Justices, lawyers. We don't want a lawless country. In this our democracy, it's the rule of law prevails. No-one is above the law!
It is clear that the NDC intendes to cause mayhem if the verdict doesn't go their way. They've already issue warning notes, one of which instance sent their "apparatchik to serve a 3-day jail sentence. People better watch out!
We however don't want any "buga-buga" kind of situation in Ghana, where people will be hauled away from their home in the middle of the night, never to be seen again, as it happened in those dark AFRC/P-NDC era. We want to live in peace so our ancestors would enjoy the fruits of the land.
