  .. who do not either know that proper nouns like name of cities, states etc begin with capital letters ie upper case or are too lazy to proof-read what they publish.

  It is a great idea ,but I do not know how far the organizers have gone with their contacts and compilation of the needed information for an effective and successful meeting. The notice seems too short. But it is a good move.
