Do the judges not keep records of proceedings in court? Why shd one go back to refer to documents to proof his case of things abandoned or not and why shd the court not remember whether something of that nature happened. Do they just listen and go to sleep. Are they jotting things down to help them give a fair ruling? God help us. What is the purpose of all those laptops in front of them and their clerks if they cannot confirm or deny what someone is putting across except he is able to references to that effect? I don't understand.

When you learn something and put it to good use for the betterment of your fellow Ghanaians, that is what I call education. These 'Politrikians' see themselves as businesses only for themselves and their families. They aren't 'educated' full stop. Why would people have claim to have education in the West, return home with their education but on the way (across the oceans) forget all about what they learned - probity - accountability - honesty and doing the best for your country etc and turn themselves into some sort of demi-god to lord it over Ghanaians who have equal rights to whatever is being looted by these thieves who masquerade as 'saviours' of Ghana.

The case is a plea by the Petitoners for the SC to strike out the result that John Mahama won the election. The allegation is that there were massive fraud and irregularities. It is not a plea for the SC to declare Nana the winner.The only institution that can
declare election results is the EC.If the SC's judgement is in favour of Nana then the election will be run again. If he wins the election he is a new President and he will serve his four years.If he does not win John Mahama continues for the rest of his four years.

Akufo Addo is a pretender, a wannabe; he is a lier; he is an agitator, a trouble-maker and a rascal. Further, Akufo Addo is too old and his medical report is not encouraging. Akufo Addo is dwarfish physically and mentally and is totally unprepossessing.

All his arrogance and bravado cannot cover up his endemic defficiencies and inferiority complex. Akufo Addo does not, in the least, have the makings of a statesman. Akufo Addo should disappear just as Romney, intelligently, did in the US.
