  Dr.Lukulay is absolutely right.If you don't manufacture a product, you have to rely on the RESULTS of the Manufacturer!! UNLESS WE ENDOW THE FDA WITH SUFFICIENT RESOURCES TO COUNTER-CHECK the Analysis of the manufacturer.

  The GOV'T has the Duty to do this and NOT be paying out DUBIOUS CONTRACT-DEBTS!!

  This counterfeit drug did no harm it appears.Who knows how many lives such drug has endangered,maimed or killed?.And hence how many families have lost their bread winners or children.This MUST stop.Any attempts less than stop ...
