I find Justice Kpegah's request very odd and inimical to our quest for national cohesion.

If we follow his logic then one would have been right to ask Justice Atubigah not to sit on the famous election petition case at the SC; because it is rumored that he is an uncle to Dr Atubigah of the Presidency. But what have Ghanians found out? That the competency of Justice Atubiga cannot be doubted by any stretch of imagination.

Perhaps Justice Kpegah was one of those who would cover up a kinsman who has faulted the law because that person was a kinsman.

1) Can you tell me that, for all the years that he (Justice Kpegah) was a judge, he recused himself whenever an Ewe was arraigned before him?

2) Is Kpegah also asking the Ghanaian judiciary to set a precedence that, henceforth, no judge should be permitted to adjudicate a case in which the defendant is of the same ethnic background (tribe) as the presiding judge?

3) Indeed, this would be a very bad and expensive precedence if allowed to be established.

4) Kpegah simply hates Akuffo-Addo! His accusations have no merit.

5) I have seen Her Ladyship Mensah Datsa preside over numerous cases involving accused and defendant Ewes. Why did Kpegah not ask Mensah Datsa to recuse herself?

Please Ghana legal Council and the legal profession of Ghana - open your eyes and respect your own profession. Stop throwing dust into the eyes of ordinary Ghanaians and respect the basic fact that Ghana as a country is now top full of very learned people. Even the Ghana Army, Navy and Air force are full of personnel with equivalent PHD qualifications. Do not allow only one and single individual to live above the whole legal trade.

Mr Akuffo-Addo has his right but you will expect him to challenge this allegation/ inquisition vigorously by now. If he knows that he is a fraud, he can also advise himself by getting out of public scrutiny on which basis he will somehow, just in a way, save the profession. He cannot be mingling in there with this dodgy indifference. The decent thing to do now is to fight the allegation .i.e. to put up with it or get out; for, it is getting all too stinky and sickening. Please sort it out and do it pretty quick; and, stop sitting on the fence because this is one profession that should be protected and be made to live to its name and standards.

Today you are going to court and all of a sudden you want a judge changed because the judge is not from your tribe., You are a disgrace to the nation.This is evident that for the cases that you tried you ruled in favor for the people from your area.Today the shoe 1s on the other foot and you are trembling like a sick puppy. Their accent might differ due to their new locations but their customs and tradition recollect almost. Akuffo Addo is an Akan just like you because you both speak the same language! It is very possible if you are a real Ashanti to have the same ancestral relationship together. Dont let the strangers decieve you , the Akans prophecy educate you fools!

Nana Addo can challenge the 2012 electoral results, what is wrong if Justice Kpegah is also challenging the educational background of Nana Addo. Let's not attribute this legal issues to tribalism. Its a matter of public interest. If that is what we want in Ghana then so be it. If we want to destroy our educational system as a result of IMPERSONATION theb so be it.Its in the mandate of the plaintiff(Justice Kpegah) to file a case against the presiding judge, if and only if he [Justice Kpegah] have some sort of feelings that he is not going to rule in his [Kpegah] favor. We all know Ofori-Atta is a cousin to Nana Addo.

Let's allow the Judicial system to take its own course. I don't see the criteria used by Georgina Wood in selecting Judges to preside over cases in Ghana.

Is Nana Addo's law certificate truely missing or he does not have one at all ? Was his name found in the roll of lawyers book?

Was Nana Addo a REMEDIAL student when he was reading his law? Does he have a class mates? Who was his professors at the law school?

Nana Addo has not stated anywhere on his RESUME as to where he got his law degree ,all we can see on the RESUME IS BSC.ECONOMICS and nothing else. How then do you become a legal practitioner? Does that mean anybody who establishes a law firm automatically becomes a lawyer?

Its a human pride to put all educational certificates on one's RESUME, so I don't see the reason why Nana Addo is hiding such an information from his Resume.
