Kwesi Pratt is the most dangerous Journalist Ghana had ever have, he had the gut to recommend his fellow journalists to be executed by PNDC. Pratt even recommended Baako to be killed by the regime, thank God Baako was instead touchered violently and severely but his life was spared. This is what Kwesi Pratt can do. Now Pratt is a secret agent to NDC and US Embassy in Ghana. May God forgive Pratt and spare him the untold evils that will come upon him and his generations. The souls of those journalist killed through Pratt's recommendations to PNDC will never forgive Pratt. Why should the law tell someone not in office that s/he cannot be in office in the petition before the supreme court ?

We have a population of roughly 24 million people and must the supreme court the 24 million Ghanaians that they cannot be in office with regard tto the ongoing suit before it, according to the 'wisdumb' of Bernard Mornah ?

When a case goes to court there are three types of outcomes that can come out at the end that is either one of the parties win or it is a draw(in this case when the court rules that the EC should run the presidential election again). The immediate question is; how did the dead man come to sign his own personal tribute, since he is already in heaven?

((3) The presiding officer, the candidates or their representatives and, in the case of a referendum, the parties contesting or their agents and the polling agents if any, shall then sign a declaration stating -

(a) the polling station; and

((b) the number of votes cast in favour of each candidate or question: and the presiding officer shall, there and then, announce the result of the voting at the polling station before communicating them to the returning officer.

That's for the court to say, exactly what Okudzeto said. Critically reading is truly lacking on Ghanaweb, and the level of ignorance on this forum can be infectious. In recent times, I've noticed I've been unconsciously spelling certain words incorrectly. When I suddenly became conscious of the trend, I began wondering why this was happening until I realised that constant exposure to bad spelling on Ghanaweb was causing me to unconsciously spell wrongly even words for which I know the correct spelling!

If after standing for hours to vote a single individual can deliberately invalidate votes and the courts will say it's ok, then I fear for the nation. In other words the courts need not touch any election case. Let the various poling stations resolve the problems by whatever form of justice they understand, not warped or crooked.

Do you guys remember when he accused Dr Afari Gyan of chewing gum in court, when Dr Bawumia was in the witness box?

He accused Dr Afari Gyan who was sitting in the audience of disrespecting the court, whereas attorney Gloria Akufo and a lot more people were doing the same thing but he refused to see anything wrong with it. Not even when his attention was drawn to the fact that Gloria Akufo who was sitting in the front row was doing same.

Okudzeto to me is so polarizing in his views, the best thing to do is simply ignore him with all the contempt he deserves. How sad!

The reason why this guy is braging now is the fact that the supreme Court made a mistake by reviewing their own case which was submmited by Mornah, that was totally wrong on their side and at the same time discredit their work, they shouldn't have done that because, like i have already said, is not at the same time a constitutional court.

It is wholly inappropriate for Martin mornah, General secretary of the PNC to accuse Sam Okudjeto of "lying". We all applauded he Mornah when he successfully challenged constitutional provisions in CI74/75. Mornmah must however understand that his was not rocket science and he is no constitutional expert.

If he (Mornah) has a difference of opinion regarding whether the supreme court's decision WILL be challenged or not, Okudjeto was only expressing his opinion and rather doubted that anyone would challenge the decision. I tend to agree with Okudjeto that although the constitution allows for an appeal of the decision, the climate does not appear to favour such an action, and the petitioners and respondents have all said that they WOULD RESPECT the decision of the court.

So why would mornah use such arrogant and insulting words towards Sam Okudjeto? What is wrong with the young boys (and girls) wearing political suits these days? You lower your estimation by such disrespectful utterances. You are no authority and you must know that!
