What is justice? The electoral law says that if per chance the presiding officer fails to sign a result sheet, the results so declared is valid. How can you still insist that because the person did not sign the results should be cancelled?. That is the irony of people who want to rule at all cost. So how can you say you have been robbed if the SC refuses your request.?

Why do these people want NPP to win "at all cost" even when the electorate have made a clear choice? Why don´t they advocate for a joint presidency then, contrary to the constitution?

However, I take serious issue with so-called "men of God" or pastors who think that they can 'threaten' people who freely express their opinions (however strong) about the utterances and attitudes of these same "men of God".
The Rev. Bempah is completely out of order. If he has a problem with Kwesi Pratt, by all means take him to court for libel or anything that fits the description of your particular grievance. This nonsense that they (and their surrogates) keep spewing as if if anyone comes out to condemn their ungarded and ill-advised comments, 'revelations' and so-called "prophecies" then such individuals are in danger of being struck down for "challenging God"!!!
So men of God have become equated to God!!! These guys forget that we no longer live in Old testament times when the ORACLES OF GOD WERE IN THE HANDS OF A CHOSEN FEW and "fire" could consume whole communities as a demonstration of the wrath of God.
We of the new covenant happen to be very fortunate to have been 'brought into the fold' through the ultimate sacrifice of Christ who accorded us our Salvation. Yes, we must accord our religious leaders the RESPECT their offices deserve but I do not see anywhere in the scriptures that when pastors choose to become political and / or blatantly propagate political messages and "prophecies", we should somehow just shut up and allow them to mislead the people.
It is wholly nonsensical to me, that any one, pastor or not, would place themselves above other ordinary people.
Whose warning is Bempah issuing? God or Man? And by the way, these so-called prophets forget one thing - It is not they who ordain prophets but God himself, and if they claim to be TRUE prophets, then they must be discerning enough to know that God DOES NOT DO POLITICS. Christ refused to be drawn when it came to political choices, including those that were meant to "spare his life" because he was above politics.
Our pastors today have been consumed by politics instead of the Word of God. Bempah is the one who "should be careful", not Pratt.

Honourable Ghanaians, I say honourable because we are the ones to be honoured for putting up with all this nonsense all these years. Please let’s use our sense and common sense only. Let us put tribal issues aside and always vote very differently based purely on our individual conscience.
The educated Ghanaian should take the lead in this and governments should help with effective, impartial and proactive civic education. We need to heartily join interest and pressure groups. Also, trade unions, student groups and worker’s associations should be active. This will activate the opposition and other parties to focus on important but not trivial national issues. At the moment, all these areas are dormant; more or less and the opposition is woefully wasteful allowing ordinary people to get away with serious crimes none of which will happen if we had a good and matured civic consciousness as a people. So please let us cut the tribalism and free our reasoning.
Certainly, there should be a way of addressing the religious and political corruption that is happening in this country. We are an African nation and in spite of the fact that we have substantially assimilated foreign taste, views and preferences, our systems and thinking are still rudimentary and developing. Therefore, mass education is very necessary and politicians should not pretend that we are not facing a major social and moral decadence. The truth is that today’s political leadership must be based or proactive people who are energised by challenges rather than servicing daft and outmoded ideas.
We need to create the Centre for Civic Education charged with mass impartial political education on central issues like religious and political corruption. Pastors and politicians caught in criminality should be trailed, jailed and shamed nationwide. This should not be the President’s job but the job of the Courts, police and the centre for civic education and national development.

As many as there are "azaar" con artist Pastors proliferate in the Country it is hard to tell who really are "Men of God" and who are "Men of Beelzebub".
If the Pastor has diagnosed our national ailment he must provide an efficacious remedy. But we see none. He seems to be only feeding off our fears and prefers to instill such in us where there is no reason for any.
I guess anyone could rise up any day and proclaim to be the 'Man of God' and begin to make prophesies that alarm the Public to drive folks to flock his or her Church.

It is the pastor who must tread carefully to avoid the wrath of God. God loves us all just as much as He loves him. And using good judgment to deflate tensions is better than creating them.
