There is NO case to be decided on, the president is ruling and the only thing the judges can do is telling Nana that he is wrong and must stop disturbing the peace and stability of Ghana.

Very typical, you never want to hear the truth.
What in Prince's comments make you respond this way?
The fact of the matter is,you NDCs'are tearing this country apart so stop your insults and face up to reality.
So long that your blind support for your Nana Ado persist you will not see what is wrong with Prince Kwasi comment. If your Kuffour who was more than the word incompetent won elections twice then you do not need to comment on ...

don't let us judge dis our pending CASE before de high court.so far so gud
IN FACT, I ALL ALONG PREDICTED AND CONCEIVED THAT THIS 'BAD FAITH' ARGUMENT IS THE BEST FOR THE RESPONDENTS TO RELY UPON. FRIVOLOUS CASE OF THE NPP.
When Akuffo Addo wrote the "Stolen Verdict" in 1992,little did he know that it will haunt him in the future.
The Stolen Verdict was the first electoral dispute between NDC and NPP.JJ Rawlings beat Prof.Adu Boahene in the 199 ...

Oh npp stop deceiving your souls
Neither party will have much to gain with these statements, they carry little weight. The basis of a constitutional form of government being adjudicated under British Common Law is the crime of the century in itself.
A very interesting article. The writer must be a privileged journalist, to be informed about what the Respondents intend to do.
What does it mean to rely on 'bad faith' as a defence. Bad faith in law means 'intentional dis ...

You should have let the good lady's comment stand on its own, it was more eloquent, however misapplied. If that needs to be explained to either of you, then we just may as well debate the meaning of "if".
I have always been a realist and not idealist.I have expressed my view, you can also do the same.I don't know where you are coming from with your "if".As a matter of fact,Prez Mahama has demonstrated "good faith" than Nana Add ...

Ridiculous that pleading bad faith as defense by respondents could win the case. Petitioners brought what they saw as irregular to the court. This was not easy for them in 21 days.
It's always nice, easy and good to relie on the 'bad faith' logic especially when you know 'good faith' is not on your side or in your choice of words.
You had better stopped pre-judging the case which is before the SC
