Sometimes I wonder if we secretly have inferior complexes. Every woman in this world can be beautiful whenever and however they want. And since not all of us are created equal, some will always be more beautiful than others, as in Ghana, the most beautiful women are from the Northern Region, then the Volta Region. Next comes the Coastal Beauties and lastly the middle and Ashanti women (next time don't open your big mouth). Truth be known! White people learnt the art of gene mixing for perfection long long ago, something Africans have started doing of recent times. Although we have many extremely physically challenged women, we also have pound for pound flesh for flesh beautiful African women who can stand toe to toe with the most beautiful white women. Unfortunately for us, they are extremely common and outnumber our beautiful women. Taking note of the fact that there are a good number of ugly white women all over the world.
I just can never understand why we always have to remind ourselves of our "BEAUTY and BRAINS", like we have no confidence that it is part of our nature.
Very well, let me be...some of you need to leave some of us alone. We were born, we have seen, and we have the right to choose our human identities. You can't force me to identify with Africanism just because I have dark skin. Why don't you move to the jungle and just stay there, instead of your selective criticism of western influence across the globe.
I have stated in certain instances that about 99.9% of all Ghanaian women wear fake hair pieces, because they are groomed by law to lack confidence in themselves. It is an abomination to cut the hair of school-age girls making them look like boys, for whatever reason, I want to believe that some of our genetically challenged women in power decided to pass that law to make all our young girls look equally ugly at some point in their lives, but the truth is your hair will never follow it's natural growth pattern, beauty and quality if it is hacked off enviously. Who gains in the end? Not African beauty or false pride, but the Chinese fake/human hair manufacturers. Just imagine how much money the Ghanaian female spends on hair attachments.
Without constraint, please dock a ship at Tema and Takoradi harbors, and name it SLAVE SHIP 2013 (you may board by choice) America bound, and see if you won't see your very followers hanging on the side of the ship, perilously all the way to a US port. Loud and obnoxious pretenders, get a life!

"Beauty" depends on a person, culture and time.It is subjective, beauty is in the eye of the beerholder(pun intended)coz when one is drunk they'll take home some "beauty" whom they'll later kick out when they sober up.

You entirely missed Agyeman's joke. He did not say that women are wanton or have no feelings. He is saying if you are in a bar and drunk, many women who look beautiful in your eyes. And with your Dutch courage, you may take them home (he is right in saying men chase women in bars - you cannot deny that and that doesn't mean women are less human!) only to find in your state of sobriety the morning after that the woman is not as beautiful as you thought...
And what do you, really, mean by every African woman exuding heavenly beauty? Does it mean non-African women do not exude such beauty, whatever it is? Who is an "African woman"? The lighter-skinned Egyptian woman, the long-haired Ethiopian lady or the kinky haired Ewe woman?
The evolutionary process by which mankind's oldest stage was traced to Africa doesn't mean God directly created the African woman for her to be a princess (or mother?) for the rest of mankind. Even if you're being only allegorical, the analogy doesn't clarify what I guess is your main concern here: that African women should return to their natural state of beauty. I accept that thesis but not the arguments you are using to clarify it.
It would have been better if you had just written one article including all your arguments so that the discussion would be more complete. I won't be here tomorrow to contribute...

CITIZEN ONE,
I have addressed all your key arguments here in both part 1/2 of my feature article. I think all you have done is incoherently highlight them in a mixture of contradictions of agreements and disagreements.
Example, in one breath you argue the uniqueness of personal beauty, but collectivise the notion of beauty regionally (women across Ghana will be up in arms to hear this)- as if you have factually conducted a beauty census:
'And since not all of us are created equal, some will always be more beautiful than others.' Then you immediately collectivise our women:
'...in Ghana, the most beautiful women are from the Northern Region, then the Volta Region. Next comes the Coastal Beauties and lastly the middle and Ashanti women.'
Instead of supporting my suggestions for African pride in forming an identity of self-reliance in beauty, you suggest gene mixing?:
'White people learnt the art of gene mixing for perfection long long ago, something Africans have started doing of recent times.'
You equate your wrong assumptions about Africa beauty (compared to 'white beauty) physical challenge?:
'Although we have many extremely physically challenged women.'
But mercifully remind us, 'we also have pound for pound flesh for flesh beautiful African women who can stand toe to toe with the most beautiful white women.' It is tautological.
You say white women are more beautiful than African women?:
'Unfortunately for us, they are extremely common and outnumber our beautiful women.'
Yet we should take, '...note of the fact that there are a good number of ugly white women all over the world.'
If they are more beautiful than our women, what is the value in assuring us they can also be ugly? This is evidence of confused reasoning!
Some of what you say are plainly a confusing mish-mash in sentence and grammatical structure - meaning:
'Although we have many extremely physically challenged women, we also have pound for pound flesh for flesh beautiful African women who can stand toe to toe with the most beautiful white women. Unfortunately for us, they are extremely common and outnumber our beautiful women. Taking note of the fact that there are a good number of ugly white women all over the world.'
I do not understand that quote, does anyone?
Regards.

Kofi of Africa, away with your twisted logic and crafty ethnocentric article.
First you try to place false confidence in African Women regarding their beauty, then you try to distinguish between Asante Beauty and rest of Ghanaian Women's beauty. Could you in your heart ever write any article and glorify a Hausa, Ga or Ewe personality?
We are too rash in assuming that white people are racists and baised towards their own kind, but from my personal experience with Ghanaians, we happen to be worse. To confess, whether the statement I made is factual or not, it was only a reaction to your "Asante Women" classism. Ironically I only read portions of your article and started my response, but then when I went back to read further, I came back in inserted comments that evolved in the process, that probably explains my disjointed argument. Nonetheless, I have every reason to believe that I am right and you are wrong, because I think globally, I think and appreciate the human race more than my black race singled out. Beauty is not in the eye of the beholder or beerholder, you are a product of your genetic formation, and some people are genetically beautiful, and there are those who come in-between. Then come the extremely deformed or ugly people, and you can find them in all races. People have fine features, pronounced features and distorted physical features. You should stop this self aggrandizement and false belief that African women are queens or descendants of queens, and therefore are beautiful by any means. And what is this ignorant assertion that black people are the first inhabitants of earth so we have rights to intelligence and beauty more than our Martian white relatives?
I will never let you pass GO! no matter how hard you try.

Joe is sitting on a train across from a hot busty red hair woman wearing a tiny mini skirt.
Despite his efforts, he is unable to stop staring at the top of her thighs. To his delight, he realizes she has gone without underwear.
The red hair woman realizes he is staring and inquires, "Are you staring at my pussy?"
"Yes, I'm sorry," says Joe and promises to avert his eyes.
"It's quite alright," replies the woman, "It's very talented, watch this, I'll make it blow you a kiss."
Sure enough the pussy blows him a kiss.
Joe, who is completely absorbed, inquires what else the wonder pussy can do.
"I can also make it wink," says the woman. Joe stares in amazement as the pussy winks at him.
"Come and sit next to me," suggests the woman, patting the seat. Joe moves over and is asked, "Would you like to stick a couple of fingers in?"
Stunned, Joe replies, "Good grief! Can it whistle, too?"

We even organize Miss Africa with our ladies looking like Europeans with Indians and Brazillian hairs. I'm confused here.
And have organizers and judges who see nothing wrong with it?????
The NUBIAN sister carries her hair with pride, without any worry at all whether she looks European or whatever. As long as they look good as a 'sister', - no problem.
What I don't get is, the excuse that our hair is hard to comb. But I thought men and women have the same hair and we all grow up combing the same hair without complaints.
Suddenly, at a certain age, some of our sisters can't seem to comb that hair again.....but the men still do.
Wow!
It all bores down to the impact of colonization has on our African society. An education system whch teaches that everything European is better than ours. From languages to our lifstyles/culture/heritage.
It will be difficult to stop some of our ladies banging unto their heads when walking around with hair such hairs from dead people. A lady's own hair is her crown of pride but, unfortunately, those of the dead and horse tails does not fall into that category.
Anyway, I enjoy rubbing my hands in a Nubian sister's hair than one that carries stitched up hair.
GOD BLESS GHANA!
AFRICAN FOREVER!
