  These telecom companies are making millions of dollars, but their services are so poor. I have MTN and am sitting side-by-side with another person with an MTN. I will call the person, but the calls will not go through. The fines by National Communications Authority (NCA) for defaulting on Call Setup Time, is the step forward to warn the phone companies about quality. It is hard time and I hope all the fines are collected from them

  MTN IS ABUSING US AND MUST BE FINED HEAVY.UNNECESSARY OBSTRUCTION OR BREAK IN COMMUNICATION.

  The NCA has just fined the people. Trust that the money will be retrieved from the people through the backdoor with rate adjustments. Just calculate 0.5 pesewa on every minute of call and you will see what I am talking about
