Oh my country Ghana. What is wrong with you. Who is afraid of leakage. They just want to change to manual so they can steal. All over the world hospitals are changing into electronics. Have more security systems.
Has the "new trend" proven its effectiveness or you are simply following fashion. The learned professor must tell us. Ghana is paying too much for learned incompetence.
If the present system, which probably has external monitoring is increasing revenue and reducing leakages, why have an on-site one which is more likely to be manipulated on-site. Abay, prof, what is wrong with you.
So why are Korle-bu doctors charging private fees for services rendered to patients especially surgeons and obstetricians?In Ghana now if you can't afford the illegal fees ,you will be left to die !
