"TO less than 20% within 20 years” means "by more than 80% in 20 years".

Remember, he did not say "BY less than 20%..." as you quoted him to have said.

This man is a vision less CEO who should be fired out of office.

The concept of SADA is to reduce the poverty rate in the three Northern Regions including parts of the Volta. How can the solar Project benefit the rural folks directly ? They need simple jobs to be able to put food on their tables, Three square mills my brother. What has the empty stomach got to do with solar lights ?How were you feeling when things was difficult for you ? put your self in their shoes. Some cant afford a mill a day. Gush, Very disgusting. If you cant perform get your asss out of the seat. Shame on to you. Raring goats, Guinea fowls, guinea pigs rabbits are not difficult for any rural folks, Give them small working capitals as loans and see if their lives will be better or not. What is wrong with our poliy makers, the leadership and politicians ? God is watching you all. If anyone die out of hunger you people will surely take share of the blame.

Why not leave that to the Energy Ministry, Hon. Iddi? SADA should focus on getting market for the poor farmers who toil, only to see their maize getting rotten. Revamp the Pwalugu Tomato Factory, Nasia Rice Mill, the one in Bolga, the meat factory etc. The Guinea Fowl Project is a laudable one, although under scrutiny. Iddi, proof the doubtful ones right. How about the bad roads linking the north like Navrongo to Wa,Wa to Tamale etc? SADA should look at these, instead of cross-carpetting to other Ministries like the Energy Ministry.SADA could collaborate with them, though.

Where are the millions of trees planted that have already grown to become habitats and sanctuary for wild life? Where are the guinea-fowl farms that are experiencing breeding explosions and overflowing with eggs; and how many farms by the way? How many tilapia fish farms have been created, where located? While SADA Authority bows its head in shame (if it has any sense of shame at all)in response to these unanswered questions, it continues to make deafeninig noise about higher visions. How have accounted for monies given you, and what have you achieved in order to talk so audaciously about higher visions? Shame
