  How do u open a cedi account in diaspora? I called ecobank and this is what he sai. "YOU HAVE BE IN GHANA TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT"

  I live in South Africa and I have an Ecobank account in Cameroon which unfortunately is not in Ecowas even though it shares a thousand kilometer border with Nigeria . South Africa has only a dysfunctional Ecobank representative office and very restrictive foriegn currency policies . How can I get the African Diaspora Account or remit money to my Cameroonian Ecobank home account ?
