Ministers saving government loans in their individual foreign accounts and keeping the interest accrued before releasing the capital to nation's coffers. THAT IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THE FIRE OUTBREAKS ONGOING IN GHANA ARE CLEAR ACTS OF SABOTAGE AND CAN NEVER BE AN ACT OF GOOD CLOSELY RELATED FRIENDS.
