Chronicling the events that unfolded during his incarceration, Ken Kuranchie has expressed doubt about the civilization of the country. He said: "we have no right to call ourselves civilized people.”. In his view, Ken Kuranchie, Editor-in-Chief of the Daily Searchlight, explained his 10-day prison experience after being declared contemptuous of court following a publication in his newspaper, said: "Ghanaians have no right to call themselves “civilized people” end of quote.

D: "BURYING INNOCENT HUMAN BEINGS WITH THEIR DEAD CHIEFS" at this day and age.
E: "TWO FACE PEOPLE"...(they smile with you, at same time stabbed you at the back, especially if you are a Nigerian). Who need an enemy if you have a "typical Ghanaian" as a friend?

Why is it unclear if any arrests were made by the police that quelled the violence? Did this presenter really do the best thing to ascertain from the police about arrests, if any were made at all? You just failed to do that and you come out with such a sorry conclusion. How sad! What mediocrity! The blatant blindness turned on issues of violence on life and property especially by angry NDC party youth, whether on party members or property or state property or public figures, is so worrisome. So how long must they engage in such violence without police apprehending culprits? How long must the NDC party and gov't zip their lips on these issues of grave concern just for fear of losing them? When will the law enforcement agencies be proactive and not be remote-controlled by gov't? This spate of violence by NDC youth has only been synonymous with the party and the vituperates of the party leaders. Does the police need to wait for order from the castle or NDC party executives before making arrests? Have they forgotten about the public order Act? Let the police do away with their prejudicial and partisan approach to tackling violence of any sort!

I hope a day will come that the entire nation will embark on one of such disturbances to send a crystal clear message to our leaders that "enough is enough".

I do not understand why the DCEs should be appointed rather than being voted by the people.

The mps should stay out from the proccess the opinion leaders and the communities should take up that task.
