The Akufo-Addo that you are dreaming of replacing President Mahama for his wife to assume the status of a First Lady had better look for something else. His wife (that he snatched from someone else, though) can never be. He cannot ever be Ghana's President too.

This is all they know on the continent of Africa; conferences and ceremonies without producing concrete results. What impact has this Lady had on any human life that she has started receiving awards. Stupid African leaders; you push your citizens into hardship, most of whom end up in foreign lands being treated like they are not human beings whiles you assemble in expensive clothing and share awards. Shame unto all of you. Common water does not flow from our taps and it is seen as normal. Disgraceful and Criminal Politicians!
