The pastor with his vision invests it wisely. The government takes our taxes and because of kick backs inflate contract sums and waste our money. We have not seen commensurate development with the taxes and loans taken. As a young man trying my hands at business , I will commend the pastor any day. In the case of the car the pastor uses, I wonder the price of it compared to in investment you have stated. Then to me it is no big deal. Trust me when I get successful in business I will use good cars which will not break down easily and can give me comfort. My advise to you is that note the difference between sensing something in your spirit and prophesying as having received from God. And when you sense things, please you can choose to do nothing about it or pray in case you believe God rules in the affairs of men. God bless Ghana.

The government encourages and gives incentives such as tax exemptions, education and training, infrastructure, conducive environment and ensures that business activities are carried out in accordance with the rule & regulations, policies and the constitutions of the nation. This is just to share my basic knowledge I gained from Dr Nkrumah's free education with you. Please listen and listen attentively. Government alone does not create jobs!!!!. I can see you ignorance being widely and perhaps, innocently displayed on this forum. The morality of some of our religious leaders must be questioned. After all they are neither our Saviour Jesus nor our maker, the Lord God. Are you telling the good citizens of Ghana that it is right for the religious leaders to manipulate their followers by hiding behind the Lord's words and duping the innocent and vulnerable women, elderly and the emotional frays?. Do you know that tithe is a form of taxation? So why is it that the churches who are making so much from their followers do not want to pay any tax to the state to provide basic amenities for the citizens?. A poor mother or grandma walks a long distant to church. She is put on undue influence sometimes by duress by the church to part away with his pesewas for the day. She goes without food yet the so called 'man of God' rides in the latest BMW or Mercedes and dressed in the designer suit to church to only to collect the booty for the day!!!. Why can't the money collected go towards a mini bus at least to pick up the followers to church for worship. At least it would show accountability and a real benefit the followers could. There is no room for religious naivety.

My first problem with you is could you not have omitted in describing Akufo Adoo as "Tigare"? Secondly, my piece referred to all governments and I stated that developments we have had does not measure up to taxes and loans collected. In any case, I am still learning and will be ready to learn from you where necessary. I do not see tithes as taxes in as much as it cannot be enforced. Again, I personally believe that it takes extreme faith in God for a 500 cedis a month salaried worker with two kids to pay 50 cedis tithe. I pay tithe because I seek the face of God each day for Devine protection and will not fail to pay towards Gods work. I hope you will not have a problem with those who visit shrines and go back to pay because of fear. At least I pay tithe out of love for what God has done. Lastly, I stated that in reference to what Otabil is said to have achieved, I do not have a problem if he drives in a good car. If churches will support the needy or fail to provide buses, I leave that to their conscience because it cannot be enforced but as you are thinking, churches as in other countries are supposed to be charities and lets hope the taxes they are to pay will be channelled to useful purposes. 4. Confusion will rock NDC seriously during their Congress as some top party gurus will impose a new Candidate as a flag bearer against Prez Mahama and the backlash will be terrible.

5. Afari Djan will be forced to retire by the NDC party.

6.A major scandal will hit the NDC and Prez Mahama will sack 5 of his ministers who will later turn again him and 2 will defect to NPP, which will strain the relationship between Prez Mahama and Fmr Prez Rawlings as He will be blamed for all the nemesis befallen the party.

7. A new party will emerge within NPP demanding that Akufo-Addo should be dropped as a flag bearer which will later be realized and 2 top Party gurus will not survive the next election due to untimely death by accident.

9.An unprecedented wave of Demonstrations will hit Ghana in 2014 as the economy will come to an all time low which will cripple other major industries and it will turn around for the better in 2015 to everyone's surprise and Ghana's status/credit rating will be raised . 2015 will be the best year for Ghanaians.

10. Prez Mahama will implement the Free Education for JSS/SHS in 2016 as a ploy to entice voters for a second term in office but will have a very big issue to settle with the Ahwoi's during Congress ....

The remedy to all this situation is a serious prayer for Ghana especially the President.
The President need very serious prayers for some of this things to come to pass or He might be surprised at what will happen during their congress.

No any reliable facts or references to check what they publish? What a waste of time and Internet resources? Where is the relevance? Why would the operators of this platform allow these? How would these meet the intend purposes of setting up the platform, for funny jokes? Look, for many reasons this platform must have been stock of practical ideas to push both individuals and the whole nation forward. I do not wholly blame these irrelevant, provocative, divisiveness, tribalistic, etc comments on this platform on those contributors, but particularly on the operators who just can't sit up to censor some of the writings demeaning the essence of the platform. Here must be place to join minds isn't? Do vultures go to beautiful restaurants to eat? Because the operators have left this platform as rubbish dump that's why a lot of both rubbish reporting and comments are attracted to the platform. If Otabil had established a school of medicine or college of science and technology or factories to turn raw materials into finished products (that how you create real wealth in our part of the world) I would praise him, but not when you set up more money making institutions to train young people in the same subjects that a host of them already have and are not even finding employment. in the land of mediocrity selfish achievements can be easily seen as exceptional. Churches should do charitable works and not to be turned into money making machines. Wake up people...the bible says seek ye first the kingdom of God...the churches in Ghana including Otabil's have turned biblical teachings upside down and preaching seek ye first the prosperity of this world.
